My entire interaction with Air Care Heating & Cooling was positive. Scheduling was super easy and there were appointments available the next day. Larry, the technician that serviced our furnace, was very kind and respectful. He was obviously very knowledgeable, but explained things to me so that it was easy to understand without being condescending.
Eddie also came out and provided us a quote for replacing a system. My interactions with Eddie were also very positive. He was very patient as I asked all of my questions and answered them very genuinely.
Air Care Heating & Cooling will definitely be my first contact for any future HVAC needs.

I called Air Care to service my HVAC unit because I felt the heat pump was struggling to keep up. Josh arrived on time and was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. After servicing the unit he spent considerable time making sure the system worked properly. He discovered a problem with the thermostat that affected the heat. Josh spent a lot of time servicing and diagnosing and it was all included in his service fee. I researched the thermostat Josh quoted and found it to be high quality and a fair price. The next day I called Air Care and bought the thermostat along with a service contract. I decided with this level of service at a good price I would use them for everything in the future.

This was my first time using Air Care. I will definitely recommend to my family & friends. My technician was Larry Donnici he was very professional & personable. Larry explained everything thing he was going to do step by step. I have never experienced the manner of care for the customer, until today with Larry!

Brad N. was the tech that came out and was exceptional. He diagnosed the problem and was honest about what options I had for AC repair. He also gave me guidance on how to clean my outside unit. We will be dropping the current service contract we have with another provider and only using Air Care in the future.

Johnathon was my tech. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did all the work in a timely manor. He explained the situation very well. So well, I signed up for their yearly maintenance program

Larry showed up quickly and was knowledgeable and tried to advise me best he could on whether I should repair or get a new unit. Still making my decision but appreciated the promptness of this company.
