Polar Aire Heating & Cooling

I bought a new heating and air system in August. Tyler came out yesterday to help with a thermostat issue. He changed out the thermostat and even put a larger plate on the back so I wouldn't need to paint since it was smaller than my original one. I appreciate that Tyler was able to make my appointment time around my work schedule. Thanks Tyler!!!

Sunday evening 10 PM AC goes out. Called Polar Aire first thing Monday morning said they could be there by 11:00. Tyler showed up and told me the bad news with the repair cost with the unit being 15 years old. I asked to have a new unit priced and the sales man told me 2 weeks for install. Tyler saved this sale as he explained they could put a loaner motor on my existing unit and have me up and running and the price would be deducted from my new install. Had it not been for Tyler Polar might have lost the sale. The install crew was just as tenacious as Tyler. Job well done hiring individuals like these employees!

Had Tyler come out to the house and look at the furnace over from top to bottom, inside and out. And gave us a clean bill of health on it and also gave me some peace of mind that our furnace was OK and ready for the up coming winter months. He was very friendly and personable. Also the staff at the office and reception was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone hands down.

Tyler H. is an amazing technician. He is always pleasant, helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. He answers every question that we have. He gives us the whole picture, allowing us to make informed decisions on our equipment. He is one of the best techs that we have dealt with in this field. He is an asset to the company.

Still a bit dazed after my experience with Polar Aire - it all seems too good to be true. We had three bids from three highly-rated companies to replace two AC units. I found Polar Aire on the Carrier website (our previous system was Carrier - the furnaces were 35 years old when we replaced them and we wanted to match the ACs to the newer Carrier furnaces). Polar Aire was much less expensive than the other bids (and for better units) and I did not feel like I was being hustled - I actually thought the price was the total of the two options we were quoted combined (which was still less than one of the other bids) - It seemed too good to be true. We scheduled the units to be installed the following Monday. The crew was early, incredibly professional (the company that installed the new furnaces previously had a very sketchy crew with one of the crew doing all the work and apologizing for the other saying he did not know what was wrong with him). The installation looks great and everything is working great so far. This was a great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Polar Aire. I will refer friends and family.

Derrick D. Was our service professional, and i can 100% unequivocally say that he is the only HVAC tech i will EVER let in our home from now on. After having some absolutely AWFUL and PREDATORY prior companies take literally thousands of unnecessary dollars over the past few years, i was about to give up trying to find an honest repair company. Polar Aire blew my expectations out of the water. My family and i cannot thank you enough and we will DEFINITELY be using you from now on. Last Wednesday Polar Aire installed a new air conditioning unit in our small Episcopal church. Working with Scott Smith was a pleasure as he provided an unbeatable system estimate that matched the needs of our facility. The install, completed by Matt and Mario, went smoothly and they answered all of my questions. They were true professionals.

Tyler is fantastic. He is professional, great at troubleshooting, competent, personable, and courteous. Tyler had my furnace in top A1 condition. Also, he was a very patient teacher when instructing me with my programmable thermostat.

This is the only business I have used for my AC/Heating for over 30 years. have always been treated with integrity. Would highly recommend this business.

Most reliable, reasonable heating/ air company around. They fix what needs fixing and not there to sell you an expensive, unnecessary service.
