Polar Aire Heating & Cooling

This is our 2nd year using Polar Aire and I am beyond satisfied with the service and responsiveness! We do the annual service agreement where they come once in the spring and once in the fall and is a very reasonable rate. The techs are very knowledgeable and so polite and courteous. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and the techs call when they are on their way! I highly recommend!

Roy was our serviceman who worked smoothly and quickly. He performed all the expected tasks under our agreement. His friendly attitude and goodwill make dealing with Polar Aire a pleasure. Give him a raise, please.

Our A/C went down suddenly late one evening. I called Polar Aire the next morning and they scheduled a tech by the name of Derrick immediately who came, diagnosed, and repaired the problem very quickly. Then they found there was no charge because the the part was still under warranty.

Scott gave us a quote on a new AC/furnace and gave us all the costs and benefits for each system. Their quote was better than we had seen from other companies. The installation went great and we are looking forward to lower electric bills in the summer. Polar Aire was a great choice.

I really appreciate the attention to detail and the prompt response I received from Polar Aire. I called today(Saturday)to request service, talked with an office rep who informed me a tech would contact me within 30 minutes . Service tech called me within 15 minutes and was at our house less than 10 minutes after my initial call . Our service tech, Zach was awesome . His attention to detail and honesty about our system issues were spot on .Zach got us fixed up in no time and at a reasonable price .Will be using Polar Aire for our future HVAC needs . Highly recommend Polar Aire .

Polar Aire came to my house recently to do a routine preventative maintenance check up. Fortunately Tyler caught a couple of things that might have become a problem down the road. PM is a good thing! We have used Polar Aire for most of the 30 yrs. that we have been in our house and we appreciate their expertise.

Went with Polar Air about Three years ago. I thought I had already rated them. I guess it didn't post. The reason for the three stars. Their price was awesome. They were very good about scheduling maintenance appointments that came with the unit. So far the unit is performing well.
The reason for the three star. When they installed my unit they installed the base way off center. So much so one side of the unit is hanging off the base. I called the sales rep Shae and he said since it is already installed there is nothing they can do about it. Next point on my last service I think the guy who did the checkup installed the wrong filter. It is too dig for the slot. It is sticking about a 1/4 out and it is so wedged in the slot. I had to turn off my humidifier because of all the condensation. Winter and summer. I see the owner Kevin has done a great job of responding to every review. No one has posted if he has done anything about fixing any of the problems. I don't want any special treatment or anything for free. I would like my unit to be centered. Explain to me why I have so much condensation when my humidifier is on low or high. I have rust on the ducts. And a filter that is put in the unit correctly. I have pictures to prove all of this. I am way past the statue of limitations on this post and I don't expect anything to be done. My fault for not checking to see if my post posted.

All 3 of the men, Scott, Jason & Matt, that I worked with from polar aire were great!

They communicated with me every step of the way.

Scott was friendly amd informative. There was never any pressure and it was clear that as we discussed options They were tell me the truth and not trying to sell me what I did not need but rather guide me to the most logical choice for a new system.

Jason and Matt were great installers. Friendly, hard working and the place was left completely clean. I also felt they just did their work in a way that was professional and served my needs best.

I will absolutely use Polar Aire in the future for all of my HVAC needs!

Tyler was on time and got things done quickly. He took the time to check everything and caught and replaced a component that was ready to fail. Overall, I am very happy with Polar Aire and would recommend them for all HVAC work.

Service is great. Schedule for annual maintenance was timely. Tyler is very professional and knowledgeable. He is extremely helpful in helping me understand our system. I would recommend Polar Aire to anyone.
