Polar Aire Heating & Cooling

Called Polar Aire as I had used the service years back when I lived in another home and the business was starting up.. My phone call was answered promptly and I had a call from the technician who committed to coming within 20 minutes. I was calling during rush hour as I had come home from work to a non-functioning air conditioning unit. Our service person was JT and they knew what they was doing. Very quickly,, our unit up was up and running. She answered all he questions and we were relieved to have most of our evening in comfort. We felt it was a fair price for fast after business hours’ service.

Had an 30 year old AC unit go out this summer. They came out right away quoted me a replacement for the furnace and ac at a reasonable price. Came out quick and got it all fixed with the new system. All the work was done well, looks and works great. Thanks

I had a blower motor installed with their "warranty" and it still cost a ton. I can't believe how much they charge for labor.....WOW! Luckily I found a new HVAC company with reasonable rates.
