They call ahead to confirm service appointments, and their employees actually sign their completed projects with the pride of quality work. Mark Davenport personally inspects every project before (during bidding), during the project, and upon completion,. Finally they are easy to work with and always listen to their customers wants and needs. I totally recommend this company for any of your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs.

We've been using Davenport for 3 years now and its been great.

Another company was supposed to come do a tuneup on our AC unit, they failed to show up to the scheduled appointment and said it was because they had too many emergency service calls. Then they couldn’t fit us in for another week! Two days later my AC was not keeping up with the heat in my house and my house was very hot - now I was the one having the emergency. Company #1 wouldn’t even answer their phones. Davenport came to the rescue and squeezed us in first thing in the morning. They showed up on time, added Freon and leak stop and have fixed the problem for now. Kyle was very professional and explained all the costs up front before performing the work. They did a great job and I would call them again.

Very pleased with our first experience with Davenport Service Company. We decided to get some bids for the maintenance programs at local HVAC companies. Got four bids and Davenport was the best price and offered more services for that price. Mark came out today and did our fall maintenance. We were happy with his level of expertise, his personal service effort and his recommendations. No hard sell efforts or drama trying to sell us anything! Just.a heads up on one item to keep an eye on. We signed up for their annual maintenance, and we look forward to seeing Davenport Service Co. in the spring! Thanks guys!

Everyone at Davenport has been so friendly and helpful. Davenport installed a new heating and air conditioning system for me, and I was impressed when Mark, the owner, personally stopped by my house to discuss options. Zach and Chris installed the new system and both were very professional, polite and courteous. Zach came back out to look at a concern I had and took it seriously, which I really appreciate!

Davenport Service company was excellent at responding to our plumbing issues. Their technician Stephen was professional, personable, and considerate of our home environment while doing his work. He was also thorough and conscientious to ask if there was anything else we wanted him to take a look at before leaving. Brandon comes out and does all of our system tune-ups and maintenance throughout the year and he is always professional and very knowledgeable! He has always been able to fix issues right away, which is very important to our business. We just can't say enough wonderful things about him. Definitely the best technician we've ever worked with in the HVAC industry. Because of the great experience we have had with Brandon, Davenport will have us as a VIP customer as long as he is there! The customer service was super nice and quick to get to. The guys who came in, Quinten and Bobby (I think the names) were very helpful and super informative. I never got the notion that they are trying to pigeonholing me into anything; they presented everything in a objective manner and overall service great. Highly recommanded.
