Davenport Service Company

We are new to Lenexa and were uncertain who to contact for furnace maintenance. We called Davenport hoping for the best and we were not disappointed. We were exceptionally pleased with Quinton who completed our service. He was our first contact with Davenport. He is so knowledgeable and professional that we intend to make Davenport our regular service provider.

Technicians Quinton and Dakota were here to get water heater working. Ended up getting new unit installed and done in the same day. Efficient, cleaned up after work and were very kind explaining everything they were doing. Davenport has always done excellent work for me.

Excellent service with quick response time to come out. Quinton was great and explained everything he was doing as he went along and we were back up and running in to no time at all. Thank you Davenport Service!

Had our first preseason tuneup with Davenport. Tech Toby was very knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Glad we signed up for the VIP program.

Cannot recommend Davenport enough!

First called them when our thermostat kicked it during the winter. Placed a call and left a message on their machine that evening after business hours and received a call that same night ensuring we were okay or if we needed anything ASAP. They arrived the next morning not only to setup the new thermostat, but to share troubleshooting techniques and methods for getting the heat on in a pinch.

Started getting checks on our heating and A/C regularly as well as our plumbing in the year or so following.

Their professionalism and assistance is unparalleled. I've continued and will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Davenport is my go to company for any heating and air conditioning problems or just for routine maintenance. Toby was my technician today and he explained everything he did and I was very happy with his work. GREAT JOB!!!

Update: We had Toby come out to complete a plumbing inspection today. He was very thorough and professional. The furnace and water heater Davenport replaced within the past two years are running great.

Our water heater finally kicked the bucket. Chris came out to replace it and haul off the old tank. A couple days later, Eryn called to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with the service. They were both professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

We signed up for the bi-annual VIP maintenance. We're going to need a new A/C in the next year or two and it will more than pay for itself.

Quinton was my tech and he was excellent!! Great customer service and he knew what he was doing! He was able to figure out problem with my unit and help me get it replaced.

Davenport Service is and always has been the best. Very responsive and the Techs are always great. Toby was our Tech today, did a great job and went over and above to explain all that he checked.

This is the best heating/cooling outfit in KC--no question! They show up when they say, explain everything they're doing and subsequently what they found, and are always completely professional. But the peace of mind knowing you aren't getting sold a bill of goods or taken for a ride is what truly separates Davenport. It's your castle, you deserve the best.
