Toby did a fantastic job. He was one of the best technician to ever work at my home. This is typical of the people I have used from Davenport. This was a repeat of past performance, done on 4/18,23.

I have now used Davenport Service Co. over the last two years for both my heating and cooling checkups. I have been very happy with each of the techs that have came out to service our units. They have been extremely easy to work with and all very knowledgeable. I feel I am getting good honest feedback and they are looking out for what is best for me and my family and not pushing any repairs. They lay out the issues to be looking for so you are aware and allow you to know what to be looking out for so there are no surprises. I have been very happy with them and I look forward to continuing to do business with such a great company!

Davenport's Annual VIP Maintenance Agreement for everything heating, cooling, and plumbing really adds some peace of mind prior to the seasons changing. A very nice and professional technician visited us today to make sure everything stays in great condition. The best part is that they call to schedule the routine service, so no forgetting to have it done.

Toby, the technician called the morning of my appointment to let me know where I was in line for my service that day. Then he called to give notice when he was on the way. Toby was very professional and polite. He explained everything he did and before he left.

We recently replaced our HVAC units and of the three quotes that we received, I expected Davenport to be the highest because I knew of their great service reputation, but was pleasantly surprised that they were the most reasonable. The installation crew was very efficient and professional, and Mark Davenport personally inspected everything when they were through. I love that they signed their names with pride on the units they installed. My package came with VIP Maintenance service for one year and Jennifer proactively reached out to me to schedule the appointment. Zach was the technician and could not have been more courteous, thoroughly checking all systems and answering any questions that I had. I highly recommend Davenport!

Our air conditioner unit went out and Davenport Service Company was there to put a new unit in immediately. Christopher and Quinton were both very professional and had the job done quickly. From the moment I called their office, I was very impressed with everyone that I interacted with from Davenport. Their office personnel were friendly and professional and were able to quickly set me up with a time for repair work on my furnace. When Zach came out to work on the furnace, he was able to diagnose issues, order parts and then come back to finish the repairs in a timely fashion. The repairs cost what we were promised despite some extra work that Zach had to do to obtain them.
