The employees of Davenport Service Company are courteous and accommodating. Our AC stopped working during one of the hottest days of the season (this year). We got the recommendation of Davenport from one of our friends and they came and thoroughly checked everything. They told us to get a couple things changed which were old and not performing at all. They started our air conditioning the very same day which meant a lot to us because we have a toddler (who was just one year old at that time). They came again yesterday and checked the whole system as a routine Fall maintenance. They have already given me a heads up on the water heater which needs to be changed sometime soon. We had very professional and knowledgeable replacement of AC ,heat, and water tank by Stephen and Chris. Mark was wonderful to work with and did oversee the work. Kim was helpful with any of our phone calls. We highly recommend them for great quality service! The response time from initial call to install was very quick. They arrive on time, very courteous, explain how to use our new systems, and clean up the area well as they left. A job very well done!

Adam arrived as scheduled to provide us a quote to reroute the HVAC exhaust pipe. He quickly reviewed the situation and offered to make the changes since he was also an installer. Work was complete to our complete satisfaction.
Adam was friendly and professional and answered our other HVAC questions.

We tried to turn on our furnace Sunday morning and it wasnt blowing. I called around to multiple local HVAC companies and was told between 4-5 days for a tech to come out and diagnose. Then i found Davenport Service Company. They came over first thing Monday morning, diagnosed the issue (furnace blower fan), sourced the replacement part locally and got it replaced the same day. AMAZING SERVICE!!! Thanks guys!

We had Kyle out today to look at our AC unit that was not running. First, Davenport was able to get us in within 2 hours of calling. Kyle arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. From the time I placed my call to initiate service I knew that I would like Davenport. I spoke with Jennifer and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Antony was here quickly and I was impressed with how thoughtful he was from the minute he came through door. He already had his mask on and he quickly put on his boot covers as he kindly introduced himself. Antony got straight to work and had our duct issue figured out quickly. He was thorough and knowledgeable and I felt very confident in the work he completed. We absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for service.
