Toby serviced my heating unit and explained everything as he was doing it. He didn’t speak over my head and made sure I understood my unit thoroughly. I also had to have a new garage disposal installed and he returned with Quentin. Both men are professional, efficient and thorough.

Jen called from the office and offered several accommodating days to perform the fall service. On the day of the appointment the service technician Quinton called early in the morning with estimated time and then called again mid morning when he was on the way. Super polite young man told me what he was going to do with anticipated time frame. Great company to deal with top to bottom!!!!!

Davenport is the best. We have used them for years. Professional, and on time!

AC quit working on Saturday night contacted them on Sunday morning and the tech had it back working by noon. The tech was great he explained the options available and got everything taken care of.

Dakota (technician) arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and respectful and accomplished the heating system maintenance in a short amount of time. Everything was done to our satisfaction and he ensured that there were no other questions before he left. He thanked us for our business and said to please call if we had any other issues. We have used Davenport for years with yearly maintenance/ service. This year we worked through installing a new unit (commercial). Everyone has been awesome to work with! Quinton was just out today for service. Give them a call - you will be happy you did!

Cody did a great job explaining the maintenance tasks he completed on my ac. He was prompt and respectful and willing to ‘break down’ technical language when communicating. He was an excellent technician and representative for Davenport. Highly recommend.

Been using Davenport for Spring and Fall VIP Maintenance Service and repairs as/when needed. Quinton was our tech this morning and he did a great job, careful to show me how our unit was performing on the tests. Did a very businesslike job in a very reasonable amount of time. I have needed a couple of repairs over the years, and Mark and his crew have always been prompt and thorough at a reasonable price.

Mark and his team are professional, courteous, personable, and reliable. They take ownership of their work, and are willing explain issues and processes thoroughly. The office personnel reflect these same high qualities, too. Davenport Service Company is a winner!
