Davenport is wonderful for customer service, our maintenance support, and repair. They are easy to work with, very responsive, and do not try to upsell products. We plan to continue using them for years to come.

They charged 3000$ for installing new sump pump ( main and backup sump pump).. 400$ Backup sump pump is sold for 1900$ including labor.. their VIP service is a waste as they don’t check the sump pump and other systems..

Davenport has been my heating and cooling service company for several years now. AC was no longer keeping the house cold during the summer. We got speedy responses and were given a few quotes. They were very informative on the options we had and how the installations would go. Kim helped us get our appointments set up Chris and Stephen installed our new equipment in a day. They were very friendly and knowledgeable on the equipment. They made the installation stress free. Everyone made purchasing a new heating and cooling system and we are glad we went with Davenport.

He was on time, professional and made some safety suggestions that we will be implementing. We will continue using Davenport for our heating and cooling needs.

We had a plumbing issue with a leak behind the drywall. Adam was fantastic and was able to make the repair with a minimum of damage to the drywall. I would highly recommend Adam as he was very professional and clearly communicated everything he was doing. While he was out he also did our AC tune-up as part of the VIP program and was very thorough.

Davenport was responsive and reasonably priced when our furnace went out late at night last January. Since then, they provided great maintenance and regular tune ups at a great rate. We have and will continue to recommend them!

We have worked with Davenport to take care of AC/Furnace in both houses we have lived in since we moved to Lee's Summit 26 years ago. I trust Mark and his team and from my experience believe they are always looking out for my best interest. Most recently, we had the furnace replaced to match an AC unit that was installed by another company under a home warranty plan. It turned out that a little more work was needed due to the poor work of the company that installed the AC. Davenport talked me through it all, showed me pictures of the problem, and worked with me on the cost of the additional repairs. The team that installed the new unit (Zach and Matt) showed up on time , and were professional and courteous of me as I worked from home. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, showed me the new unit, and explained everything to me. Great service all the way around. I highly recommend Davenport Service Company.

Davenport sent a technician, Luis, out shortly after we called. He was friendly and professional. Shortly after, the owner, Mark, came out to explain the different options. Again, friendly and professional. The next morning, Stephen and Chris we’re here by 8. Worked through pouring rain and replaced both our AC and furnace. We have been enjoying a consistently cool house since. We highly recommend Davenport Service Company.

I worked for Mark Davenport 20 years ago, and got to know him really well. He is an honest, professional, who runs his business in such a way that is rarely seen today. I have had an entire heating and cooling system installed in my home by Davenport as well as a new water heater, all have worked perfectly for 10 years. Yesterday, however, my AC had finally decided to have an entire meltdown. I called Davenport, and was immediately scheduled for service. The tech, Luis, came out, within hours and was able to get the unit running with a temporary fix to get me through the night. This was needed because of health problems that require me to need AC even when much cooler than the 90's we are now experiencing. The unit was able to get me cool until this morning. The new unit was installed and running by noon, today. Zach was the installer, and gave me all the information I requested, and was friendly, professional, and extremely informative as to offering me options on other work I am thinking about having done to my mother's home.
