Air-Pro Comfort Systems

Air-Pro replaced our systems last year and performed routine maintenance this year. Everyone we encountered from the estimator, the install crew and the maintenance technicians have been top-notch. These guys did a great job for us. The price was excellent in comparison to others for the same type of equipment. No pressure and Brad in sales got us the financing we wanted. The install went flawless and the system is working better than expected. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

By far the the most fair and understandable quote that we received. Brad is very knowledgeable and the team he sent out was outstanding. No mess left behind, on time and finished A/C and Furnace installation in a day. Properly set up the ecobee thermostat to handle new 2 stage equipment. Followed up 2 days later to see if there were any issues or questions. You can't go wrong going with Air Pro.

AirPro was quick to respond on a Sunday and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning. The technician called to confirm his arrival and was courteous and efficient while he was working. Rates were reasonable.

Called Air Pro Friday night, with furnace making very loud noise when running. Scheduled them for Monday service call since their weekend rates are significantly higher. They showed up on time, did high quality work, and the furnace is back up and running. Needed to replace motor and fan. My only issue is that I had to pay $79 an hour for the technician to run around town and get the parts he needed. So, the job cost me $120 more than I expected, based on the discussion we had about the work. Maybe I would have saved $120 if I called a bigger shop.

Addendum - spoke with the owner, he explained to me that this is standard practice in Kansas City for customers to pay technicians to drive around for parts. Good to know, I guess.

Addendum 2 (3/16/2020): continue to use Air Pro for all my hvac needs. They do an excellent job. John came by today for a furnace issue, had me taken care of quickly.

We had a great experience with Air-Pro. From my initial meeting with Brad when he took time to thouroughly investigate our situation and explain the system he recomended to replace our central air system. He was amazingly easy to work with when we had to schedule our installation 2 times.

The two men who did the work were also great to work with. We ran into some unexpected issues that they resolved even though the solution was not part of Air-Pro's bod without a question and without an additional charge.

We wholeheartedly recommend using Air-Pro and will use Air-Pro for any additional hvac work.

A year plus later and still making us comfortable. Had an issue with the nest thermostat not working and shutting off during the night. I was showed how to charge it and got a follow up call from Brad to make sure we had heat.
Best around and awesome after sale service too.

The install of my new Trane system was a perfect experience. The installers were very courteous, on time and responsive. They left the area cleaner than they found it!! Their attention to detail and manners did not go unnoticed and compels me to recommend them for my friends and families needs. I give them five stars and cannot say enough good about my experience.
