We had our furnace, air and hot water heater all replaced by Air-Pro in the fall. We have been more than happy with the service we experienced and the functioning of the systems. They just came back to check on the air conditioning to ensure it has correct levels as it was too cold when initially installed. Again their staff provided exemplary service!

We’ve used them before for our AC and called again when our furnace fan was out. They knew the details of our previous service and were able to diagnose the new problem over the phone. The technician came out to verify the problem, ordered the part needed, and came back to service it. All this was over a Holiday weekend and I was worried about how much the final bill would be. I shouldn’t have been worried. You never want to have to pay one of these “unexpected bills” but it’s nice to know that when you’re up against it a company isn’t going to take advantage of you. Hope we don’t need them again but if we do we’ll use them before anyone else.

I can't say enough good things about Air-Pro. They came out to perform maintenance on my HVAC system, as well as give me a quote on a ductless mini-split system for the garage. And wow did they go above and beyond! My HVAC system was installed by another company just last year, and it's a long story, but let's just say I don't trust the work from the other company anymore. Not only did Zach and Brad take the time to answer all of my questions, they performed the normal maintenance on my HVAC system, they fixed a few things the original installer from the other company didn't take the time to do (which could have ended up costing me big time), and they verified my system was working as it should. I really appreciate everything they did!

Was having trouble with our heater. They not only got to us same day, they also got us up and running with a minimal repair. I'm sure that isn't always the case but it's great to know if that's all it takes...that's all they do. They installed a new AC unit for us years ago. I'm a repeat customer for a reason!

Have you ever had your furnace quit working on a Sunday morning with temperature around zero? The better question may be: "Does a furnace ever go out during normal business hours?".
I called Air Pro very early on Sunday with temperature about zero. Their technician, Paul Smith, returned my call within a couple of hours. I was able to give him some specifics about the symptoms and he solved the problem on the phone. I called him back, after taking his advice, and cancelled his appointment for a couple of hours later.
Air Pro installed my system over ten years ago. The system has worked well, their technician is extremely competent and service is prompt. You can bet that they will be the company I call for maintenance or installation.
