Great company. Everyone I've had contact with have been professional and responsive. I highly recommend for all HVAC needs. Hadley and Jason are wonderful and really care about the customer.

This is for service call for the HVAC system previously installed also by Air-Pro. They are professional, Jason arrived within window of time communicated and was professional, courteous and wrapped up on time.

Jason arrived on time and was super professional and knowledgeable. We have an extremely old heating and air conditioning system in our house but he was able to service the system and provide insight on a few issues. Would highly recommend.

From the moment of calling Air Pro Haylie was very responsive, professional and excellent making sure my concerns for a humidifier/ dehumidifier were answered. Their prices were fair and the work was done timely. I would recommend Air Pro just make sure you give them early notice if possible, they are busy for the season. We had a humidifier and smart thermostat installed.

Technician texted me when he was about 15 min away. Very professional, even used plastic booties over his boots so he wouldn't mess up the carpeting!! He serviced everything we asked him to check. And provided us with some education about the cooling system we currently have. Very pleasant. I would highly recommend Air-Pro and will certainly fly use them again in the future!!

I reached out to Air-Pro over the weekend and they text me with an hour. They were able to get me in within a few days. Jason did a great job with the furnace tune up and this is the best HVAC value you can find in JOCO.

My heat pump died on the first day of June 2020. Brad did a great job providing and explaining options. Jason and John did an exceptional job installing the Trane equipment I chose.. I am super happy with the new unit which is very quiet and really does a great job cooling the entire house. The new thermostat (which I can adjust online) is awesome!
