Tech came out and was able to diagnose the issue with my AC very quickly. Showed me the issue and got it fixed quick. It was close to 100 degrees outside and the inside of my home was just as warm. Was great he was able to get us going again in no time at all. Service call was $79. Great price considering I called that day to have a tech come out.

Out of the 5 companies I got quotes from, Air Pro was the most reasonable! I replaced my entire HVAC system after it started going out. Brad was quick to respond and the installers were very friendly and quick. Highly recommend.

We have had Air Pro service/repair our AC and furnace for several years. They have always done a great job and have been transparent regarding charges and timely on appointments.

I usually don't write reviews but I will for Air Pro who recently replaced my HVAC system. I found Air Pro on the Trane website. Since my system was 24 years old and leaking freon, it was time to replace. I received quotes from 3 different companies for different systems. Air Pro's quote was the best and even after selecting upgrades to the furnace and a high efficiency AC system and a 10-year parts and labor warranty they still had the best pricing.

Air pro worked with me to overcome a unique problem and restore heat in my house even during times of part shortages. The office keeps great records and the techs always call when heading my way!! I will always be their customer!!

We knew our HVAC system would likely need to be replaced in the near future when we bought our home but it crashed on us during this last heat wave and it was just awful. Brad the owner came out right away himself and even though they couldn’t rearrange to get the installation done that week, we were able to use one of their portable AC units and it was a life saver for us. We weren’t worried about having one sooner since we’d already gotten 3 estimates and they were the most reasonable for a good Trayne (sp?) system by nearly $900. To us it was worth the wait which was about a week. On day of installation Rob and Bo came out and were done very quickly-about half the day. They cleaned the area up and were very pleasant. System is up and working great. We’re very appreciative to everyone from the owner, office staff, and installers. Thank you!

Air-Pro and the owner, Brad, were recommended to me by a very reliable co-worker who is a customer. Brad came out for the bid. He took the time to explain my options and didn't try to upsell me. He called when the system arrived and scheduled the install that same week. Rob and Bo texted me when they were on their way. They arrived at 7:30 am and were done before 1:30 pm. Both were polite, professional, and very skilled technicians. They answered all of my questions and were respectful to me and my home. The entire experience with Air-Pro was excellent and I highly recommend this company.

My AC went out during a busy time for AC installations, instead of waiting for three weeks, Brad was able to work it in with all of his other installs and got it up and running within a few days.
He also installed a portable AC unit that cooled a section of my house that I spend most of my time.
The company was very responsive to my needs, all the technicians I met were very polite, efficient and knew their stuff.
I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.
