We bought a furnace and ac unit from AirPro when they were a young company, and they’ve always been fantastic with service and house calls. Really dependable and trustworthy. Kind staff and great technicians. Highly recommend.

Technicians arrived on time and the work began immediately. They replaced the furnace and water heater and added an humidifier to the system. The work looks great and they left no mess.

We are so impressed with Brad. He is our family’s go to guy. He is very knowledgeable and always a straight shooter. And best of all very accessible and responsive when we call with questions or needs. We highly recommend him and his company. You won’t be disappointed.

Technician had a bland affect when he arrived. He also did not seem to know much about our high-end Trane unit, as he did not even know where the filter was. We hired AirPro as they bill themselves as Trane specialists. We did not find this to be the case. With our particular Trane unit we do not think AirPro was a good fit.

Furnace went out midnight Sunday night and Air-Pro responded the next morning and then was able to install a new furnace the following morning. Great service and the installing team did a quick professional job.

This company recently corrected some HVAC issues a local renovation company overlooked when they finished the basement. Air Pro made the repairs extremely quick and without causing any Sheetrock damage. Pretty amazing considering the work that needed to be done!

We are definitely going to replace the system this Spring and will be purchasing our new HVAC/Furnace from Air Pro. Unfortunately, a lot of HVAC companies sales guys now work strictly on commission and it shows in the advice you are given. Brad is very honest when he discusses the options and is not a “salesman”. He does not try to upsale you with items that you do not need. That is extremely important to me because a lot of other companies we have worked with over the last ten years are definitely salesmen and in the end, I felt like I overpaid for equipment/install or purchased equipment I did not need.

I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with Air-Pro. I honestly can't remember when we started using them, but it's been years, and they're always top shelf.

Air-Pro did a great job installing our HVAC and hot water heater. After 23 years of builder grade systems, it is nice to have a new Trane system. The installation went smooth even though they worked in very tight quarters.
