Able to get out to my house same day, polite, worked quickly, did not try to force anything or sell anything unnecessary. Very affordable. Happy with my choice.

They sent out a tech. that was leaving in a few days. I felt the technician was inexperienced to trouble shoot my heat pump issues. They gave me a bid for replacement that was $1400 more than the competition. The technician was not able to get the cover back on the fiter system correctly.

Air-pro was great! Quick to respond and answered all our questions. Would definitely use them again with anymore issues we may have in the future.

I called Air Pro due to our furnace not putting out warm air and it was -5 outside. They had a technician out within 30 minutes and he was able to troubleshoot and resolve the thermostat issue very quickly! I would highly recommend Air Pro.

Air-Pro installed our HVAC system when we built the house. We also have a whole house filter, humidifier and UV cleaner. Today, Hadley called ahead and let me know how we can save a little money on our upkeep. Jason was prompt and did a great job with our winter maintenance.

Great install of AC and furnace. Rob and Bo were fantastic! They were great to talk with about the new system. Rob moved the compressor 2' to the left as I was blown away with how huge it was without complaint, which I am very appreciative for. Entire Air Pro team were very patient and helpful with me which made this process much easier and the bang for the buck is impressive! A big thank you to Brad, Hadley, Bo and Rob.

We had a wonderful experience with Air Pro. Our aging furnace was failing during one of the coldest weeks this winter and we decided it was time to replace the furnace and air. Brad came out and gave us several options and price points for replacement. He really took time to explain everything without pressure and answered all our questions. Hadley in the office got everything scheduled and they were able to get us scheduled quickly, Rob and Bo were on time and did an amazing job with the installation. They protected the floor, cleaned up when they were finished and went over the system and answered questions before they left. We have had the system for a few days and are very happy. I would confidently recommend Air Pro for quality products, honest pricing and good service.

They installed a new a/c and furnace. Some installation issues but they corrected them. Had a humidifier issue they fixed and Brad worked with me to make it right. I appreciate them worrying about taking care of me and making sure I receive value for their service. They’ll be my HVAC guys for a long time with that mindset.
