WOW!!! Brad gave me SUPERIOR and AWESOME customer service. He was friendly and helpful. He solved my A/C replacement problem quickly with no hassles, I am happy with the outcome. He beat the bigger company prices and was more professional than them. I had taken 6 estimates and was glad I chose Air Pro. Air Pro replaced my A/C unit and furnace. They upgraded my furnace for free, which was great.
Brad moved me up in his busy schedule because it was getting hot and he wanted my family to be comfortable. I appreciate that!

Excellent service. 5 star for Jason. He arrived on time, fixed our furnace and clearly explained what he did. Great customer service.

A very professional no nonsense approach, best price and did not try to upsell. I would highly recommend. Installers were in and out and now I don’t have to worry about A/C going out while working from home.

Very happy with our new Trane A/C and furnace from Air-Pro Comfort Systems! Installation was very well done. Price was excellent. Have already recommended them to several friends and family. Our old A/C suddenly stopped working and Brad graciously rescued us from the heat by dropping off a portable A/C while we waited for installation. Excellent service! Very much appreciated!

As is typical the A/C unit went out on a Friday at 5:00 PM during a heat advisory. Zach was out first thing the next morning and worked extremely hard to get my 15 year old system running. When that ultimately didn’t work Brad, the owner, was on the phone with me on Sunday working up a fair quote that met all of my needs. He didn’t try to up sale or give me add-ons I didn’t need. Air Pro worked me in that same week and with Zach and John on the install it was a flawless process. They were very professional and kept all work areas clean. Just absolutely top notch in their profession. I work in facility management and I’ve truly never worked with a better crew. Brad stopped by later in the day to see how I was doing and if I was happy with the product and install. Truly it is that personal touch from start to finish that has made me a fan. I will never go to another company for my HVAC needs.

Air-pro has been really great to work with. I try to support smaller businesses whenever possible and when my AC went out over Memorial Day weekend it provided another reason why. All of the big players in town wouldn't even try to fit me in, then Brad himself called me who was swamped with customer calls because he was letting his crew take the holiday weekend off (again, this is the type of business owner I want to give my business to) and did everything he could to fit me in even though I was not an existing customer.

He battled my existing unit and wouldn't give up trying to bring it to life. Finally, we had to pull the plug on it and replace the unit. They shuffled some schedules around and installed my new unit the very next day. The installation guys were great and everything is clean and tip top.

Everyone at this company that I spoke with or worked with has a lot of pride in what they do and their service and commitment to customers shows for it. I hope everyone else has the same positive experience with this company as we did.

Did a lot of research and homework before going with Air-Pro for my replacement Trane AC/Heat system. I couldn't be happier. Brad and team were great. Honest people who know their stuff and aren't trying to sell your more than you need. Completed work on time and for the amount originally quoted. Highly recommend. Air-Pro was the best price and I got four quotes before going with Air-Pro! Before you select someone, make sure you at least get a quote from Air-Pro.
