The owner Brad is the individual that actually gave the estimate, so he was able to answer every question I had. We had our entire HVAC system replaced. It took them about 7 hours to totally complete the work, which impressed me. The installers did a great job and they did high quality professional work. I. On top of great service and quality work, they were also my lowest bid. Very happy we went with Air-Pro and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and courteous. Had to get a new furnace and they were able to come out very quickly and gave me a quote and even waited 15 mins while I finished up with another company. Brad was very personable and gave zero pressure and walked me through entire process. Even upgraded and got a garage heater as their prices beat out every other competitor. Brad followed up after both installs were complete to check in and make sure everything was up to my satisfaction.

Air-Pro was great. From Brad who made recommendations and provided me the estimate(and answered my numerous questions), Hadley who helped with scheduling and paperwork, to Zach and Kevin who performed the installation everyone was amazing. Now we have a new quiet and efficient HVAC system to keep us comfortable and worry free for years to come.

The Initial phone call and conversation with the company was very pleasant they explained everything gave me a discount and set up the appointment. Correspondence was excellent. I got a phone call from the office the day before to let me know when the service Tech would come and a phone call from the service Tech Just before coming to my house. He was very nice very professional and did a great job explaining what he did. He checked both inside and outside units and then cleaned and adjusted the inside unit and left me an extra air filter. For yearly maintenance check inspect and adjust I was very pleased.

We used Air Pro to replace two furnace & AC units. They were wonderful. I was given a fair quote the first time at the time of inspection. No haggling, we got several other quotes and air pros was the best no hidden charges, no masked maintenance plans, Totally upfront. Their installers were professional, neat and friendly. Arrived when they said they’d be here and finished when the said they’d finish. We are very pleased.

It was time to replace our HVAC, which is never fun, but we loved working with Brad and his team. Everything from the quoting process, talking to Brad about our options, and installation went incredibly smooth. We never felt like we were getting sold on a product and the whole team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We talked with Brad on a Monday and he had us scheduled within a couple days. They arrived in the time they said they would and Jason went right to work. He opened up the outside ac and knew right away the problem. Fixed it within 10mins and I'm a happy customer! Price was very reasonable! Will go to them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Jason!
