I ordered a Y2171 control for my HRV5-150. The control works great and I received it by UPS within 3 days. Their prices are also very good.

I'm new to this retail business chat thing, but since I could not find the part I needed without buying an entire module just to replace a cheap plastic cooling fan on my Carrier furnace, I tried the chat. First, they were prompt. Second, they had the answer. Third, I'm spending about $14 instead of $250. This is my GO TO place for appliance help and parts.
