I ordered an evaporator coil for a Lenox AC unit that failed. HVAC Parts Shop didn't have the exact OEM replacement coil but shipped a substitute coil. With some minor modifications to the air handler housing it fit fine. The coil cooled perfectly after installed and works great. I only had a minor issue with the shipping company. They didn't deliver the coil until I had to track it down and contact them. I was told since it was residential delivery they had to contact me but they didn't have my contact info. I'm not sure how they didn't have it with the order but I got the delivery scheduled. I know HVAC Parts Shop has little to do with the shipping company so not their issue. Overall I'm satisfied with the product.

I needed to purchase a capacitor for my furnace but they refused to sell me one because I would not give them my personal information. The man at the counter said I could not purchase the item without giving him my information. Not sure this practice is even legal.

Good experience with these folks. Was informed after an annual inspection of my AC system that a new capacitor would be needed, and quoted a price for the part and replacement service. I made two online stops, one to YouTube for a guide to how to DIY, the other to the HVAC Parts folks for the actual part. It arrived in a couple of days and was an exact match for my unit. Buying from them and doing the (simple) replacement saved me over $100.

Great customer service and had exactly what I needed. After driving all over KC looking for replacement AC parts, the staff in the parts department was able to come up with a solution and walk me through to verify the new equipment would match up. Within an hour I had the replacement fan motor and cap installed and AC functional. Couldn't recommend higher!

These guys are fantastic.
My outdoor unit went out and after hours trying to find out the issue I finally figured out it was the capacitor. Now my problem was finding a replacement. After checking several places that could get it for me for more and around the same time as I could buy it online, I finally found HVAC Parts Shop.
I call and spoke to Sean who took the info I had and assured me they had the correct one for my unit. 30 minutes later and my system was back and running.
I'll now be using these guys and PoleStar (their service side) to service my AC and furnace. I know I can trust people who are willing to sell me a part from their stock at the same price I could have bought it online. Not to mention each person I saw there was extremely courteous and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable.
I'll definitely recommend this business and I'll be using them myself in the future!!

The defrost board on my heat pump went out the other day. I found HVAC Parts Shop on a google search and reached out to them by chatting with one of their technicians on their website. They located the part I needed quickly and I received it the next day. I wasn't sure how to install it as there were some differences with my older system and the new board, but I called and talked to Steve and he walked me though what I needed to do. They were very helpful the entire process and now my heat pump is working again!

Best deal, best service. Wow, my first order here. Needed HVAC motor HD46AR265. Scanned the net, best price here and a lot of good ratings on Google. Order was filled and shipped in 4 hours 22 minutes. Correct part was delivered promptly, excellent packaging for shipment. Hope I do not need you again, but if so, I will be back.

competent. efficient. friendly enough to entertain my daughter while I check out my hvac part. Quality part from manufacturer, they don't buy cheap. Very confident about my purchase with them. They also offered to help coach me through install. Will absolutely return.

Awesome people!! Great customer service!! Had issue with my ac condenser and they guided me to the parts that I needed! I really appreciate the help saved me time and money, you have no idea how much this helped me and my family especially with covid I was low on money because work has really gone down and with a baby on the way this saved me big time from buying a new AC unit. I needed to replace my capacitor and outside AC fan. They provided very useful advice and then looked up all the correct parts and allowed me to pick them up in person immediately. Very fair prices too. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
