2006 Lennox heat pump had defrost board go out. Installer said warranty was void due to service agreement being abused. Google search put me on HVAC website. To insure proper parts were ordered I made a call to have a real person answer the phone. Parts were in stock and was advised they should be delivered in three days. Next afternoon parts was delivered! After checking email that package was shipped within an hour after order was made. I can't say enough about the professional way this was conducted. My THANKS goes out to HVAC for saving me HUNDREDS of dollars and yes if ever needed again .......I'll be back and bring all my friends

My husband and I had a tough time finding an ignitor for our furnace and it was odd that this part has become obsolete in Canada. I cannot believe HVAC parts was the only place we found online to have the ignitor we needed! I called to see if they can provide me a coupon code to save a little bit of money as we had to pay for duties and shipping and the nice man on the phone provided me with one :) It wasn't much but better than nothing! We got the ignitor really QUICK and our furnace was up and running. This company saved us from buying a new furnace! Thank you!

Don't recommend! poor service... called needing a part for the furnace gave them
the part number off the old part said they would call me back with info .. going on 4 days with no heat in single digit temps! don't waste your time!!

I was having a difficult time diagnosing a blower motor on my AC that only worked intermittently. They helped a great deal in fixing the issue. Great customer service and prices.

If you happen to have your local Money Hungry HVAC Service Company tell you the part that's broke on your unit is obsolete and you're gonna have to spend thousands for a New Unit... Call or Email Kurt at HVACPartsShop. He had the Motor I needed. Had it in a few days and even installed it myself. He saved me a ton of Money! My unit now has the Monkey Sticker on it that I can just point to next time I get a lot of Bull... lol Thanks Guy!

Just picked up a new capacitor for my Ac condenser after being turned away from another local HVAC parts store. I Installed it and the house is cool again. Great place very helpful!
