Great overall experience! Not only did they have the blower motor parts I needed in stock, but they came 4 days earlier than expected!

They processed the order quickly and sent the products with helpful instructions.

Would highly recommend!

Furnace went out and needed combustion blower. Called them at 5:45pm and they had it and held it for me since they close at 7pm. Advised that I was 1 hour away and the guy stated he would stay a little longer if necessary. I made if before they closed and was able to get my furnace going same day. I am glad that one business is open after 5 since most people work till then. Great job.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

My wife and I were without heat in the beginning of Wisconsin Winter and were scrambling for an inducer for our furnace. Their website was one of the only ones that said it was available, and they could get it out to us in 5-8days. They took our payment, even sent us an email that it was "drop shipped" a few days later, and then only when I have waited the 8+ days and called them personally did they THEN tell me that they actually didn't have the part and it would be another 30-40 days of wait time to get one in. That caused us to be waiting for their part without heat in our home for an additional 8+ days with little remorse for our situation or any attempt to help solve the situation they put us in.

We have now found another part after restarting our entire search again and have requested a full refund. Absolutely unacceptable customer experience.

Our AC died on a Friday afternoon. Bummer, since we are expecting upper 90's over the weekend. Turns out It just needed a simple common part to fix it. The problem is no place local seemed to have one or was even open on Saturday. I found HVAC Parts on Google maps and they had the part I needed. Very friendly staff and the cost was cheaper than I was expecting to pay. Great place, highly recommend.

Above and beyond describes my experience. Major part is they stayed after hours for me to even show up after I called desperately looking for a fan motor during a heat wave. They not only made sure I got the correct part when all I had was partial information but they answered my questions the next couple of days when I needed answers. Friendly service was appreciated and they even called to check up on me later in the day.

Had a capacitor go out on my outdoor AC unit, and I took it in, they were so helpful. They tested my old capacitor to confirm it was bad and even showed me a wiring diagram on how to replace it. It worked!

Great customer service with quick in and out pickup service!
My parent's AC condenser unit went out and needed the run capacitor. After calling all over town, I found HVAC Parts Shop as a last resort and to my surprise they had the part that I needed and was very helpful in making sure I got the correct item that I was looking for.
Picked it up within minutes and after work I got the capacitor installed and all is well.
AC is back up and running and everyone is happy as the last few days we've been under heat advisory and without AC, their house was like an oven.

I just want to thank everyone at HVAC Parts Shop! Between YouTube and a little self-diagnosis, I was able to figure out the part I needed for my furnace and then called around. A lot of wholesalers wouldn't even talk to me. The folks at HVAC Parts Shop were great and had the part for me to pick up within hours. I installed the replacement part and that was that, all fixed. The folks at HVAC Parts were friendly, knowledgeable and kept in communication with me as they searched for my part. They are top notch in my book! Highly recommended.

Ordered an X13 blower motor from your company with next day air delivery. Shortly thereafter on of your customer service reps called to let me know the part had to come from the warehouse and would not ship until the next day. So we adjusted the shipping to UPS ground and the CSR adjusted the freight accordingly. This was my first time ordering from your store and it was a pleasant experience. I am hoping I won't need any HVAC parts anytime soon but if I do, you will be my first option.
