Amazing service, incredible cost savings. Seemed almost too good to be true, but this is one of those rare instances where the expectations set by a company are completely fulfilled. Ordered a Harmony III zone controller, received it in less time than expected, brand new, in a box, and clearly a Lennox factory part. Paid approximately 50% less than the price quoted by the air conditioning service company, who actually had referred me to HVAC parts. Recommend??? Absolutely!!!

Overall good experience confirming that the part I required indeed matched the unit I was trying to repair. Product shipped very quickly. Just a note that if you are order an item into Canada you have to pay duty on the product. Overall great company and I would definitely order from the again!

Great service, quality parts. Their staff was very supportive over the phone and in person. After a quick call the necessary replacement part had been identified AND they had it in stock!
On top of the great in store service Steve's YouTube video on the part was very thorough, providing step by step instructions for making the repair myself very easy.

Great experience, these guys really have their game together. They were able to identify the correct replacement control board for my Lennox Unit, which was delivered ahead of time. Ran into some difficulty changing out the boards because wire layout had changed. A quick call and the technician was able to talk me through the reconnection process. Saved about $400s by working with these and doing the job myself.

Yesterday morning my furnace stopped working. I knew it was a simple fix with an inexpensive part. Being in North Kansas City I checked everywhere near me to find someone open at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning, with no luck.
I expanded my search and luckily found they were open until 4 p.m.
I called to very they had the part needed and the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful. They confirmed the part was in stock so I headed out on my 40 minute drive.
When I arrived they had the part up front waiting for me (which says a lot because they were extremely busy) and had me out the door in no time. But not before double checking to ensure I had the right part.
Although it was a bit of a drive for me the ease of this process and exceptional customer service has earned them a customer for life! A big thanks to the person who helped me yesterday!

A/C broke down Friday, did some research online and found HVAC Parts Shop was close to where i live. My husband called Mark on Saturday morning, went in got the parts and installed them. Got great advice while he was there, and even though the capacitors didn't fix the issue Mark had the other part that did fix our problem. He even asked me to call back if we had any issues, and to confirm the unit was fixed. All in all great customer service and had parts in stock for my old unit. Thanks Mark
