Excellent and friendly customer service. They had the part I needed in stock, knew about the products, and are one of the few local places left that carry HVAC parts. It seems like you have to order most parts online these days. I'm very grateful the shop was here when I needed them

This is the best place in Kansas City to get your parts. Mark and all the staff treated me like I was at a fancy hotel downtown. Fast, friendly and they had the parts I needed after being sold the wrong items from a different vendor. They have the knowledge and experience and that goes a long way. I'm a customer for life.

Had a situation with my AC, and got on chat with Mark. He gave me a couple of options on replacement parts and his personal experience knowledge. It was late in the day and he was closing to go home. He offered to stay until I got there to pick up the part, and then we worked out a method so that he could go home. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes, part resourced for my specific unit, part recommended, paid for and we were done. Goes right along with their slogan "We Don't Monkey Around", which by the way I loved the little blue monkey that was with the receipt. All in all, I will recommend this company and Mark to everyone that I can. Superb company and customer service. Everyone should use them, no company I've found matches to their service level. I needed a Carrier blower motor, the price was good, in stock and delivery was fast and free! I did the work myself and saved more. Safer than most online sellers, ie E and A. Their return policy clenched the sale. Thanks HVAC PartsShop

The gas valve on my furnance (a Honeywell Smart Valve) failed and needed to be replaced during December. I called around and these guys were by far the lowest price on an in stock valve in town. They saved me 130 (pre-tax) over another big name parts shop down the street. I found the part cheaper via other auction sites, but this was something that I needed same day. My only "complaint" is that I called them at 8:30 am and told them what I needed, they said it had to come from their warehouse so I would have to wait until noon to pick it up. I took it home and put my furnace back together and everything was up and running again. The price I paid at the counter was exactly what was listed on their website. When I picked it up I was told that if I had any issues to give them a call because they offer technical support on their parts. If you need a HVAC part, give these guys a call

I needed an a/c fan motor on a Saturday and this place was $20 cheaper than anything I could find online. Ordered/paid over the phone, drove 15 min to pickup my part in their secure box. Bernard was very helpful over the phone! Will be back! Hopefully not anytime soon though!!!

The fan stopped running on my Aire-Flo AC unit. After a few simple tests I determined the capacitor was bad. Little did I know most places in town won't sell you AC parts unless you are a contractor, what a scam!

Luckily I found out this place had the part I needed in stock so I drove to their store in Olathe and picked up the part I needed.

Picked up an inducer motor housing after calling them in the morning. When I got there, the part had already been set aside for me. They double checked the model number, opened the box for me to inspect and even brought out a technician to help guide me through the process of replacing the part. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

Sean was great with helping me get the right circuit board for my unit. After that didn't completely fix my problem, Steve tested my capacitor for me, confirmed it was good, and talked me through a whole troubleshooting process over the phone. These guys know what they're doing.
