First class all the way. I needed a quick repair in sub freezing temperatures. Home Comfort was there within an hour. Repair finished in a few hours. Would highly recommend.

It was 80 degrees in my house this Mother's Day due to a bad capacitor. John came out that morning and had me up and running in no time. The service charge was the most reasonable service fee I had seen, especially considering it was a Sunday ( and Mother's Day). Most other service companies would have charged an astronomical amount of money to come out on a Sunday, if they would even come out at all. It wasn't a hard decision to ask John to install our new system, which he did with the expertise and attention to detail as he always had. It is hard to find good service companies these days and I am happy to have found one in Home Comfort.

Could not be more satisfied with Home Comfort! We have been using John Field from Home comfort for several years to keep our ancient A/C running. When it finally died, he gave us a great price on a new unit which looks and runs like a million bucks. Anytime we have had HVAC issues in the past he always provides fast expert service, usually getting out to help us on the same day. We've used Home Comfort Heating and Cooling 3 times now. The first time was in the middle of winter when my oldest child was only 8 months old. John responded first thing in the morning and had my furnace going and my home warm for my wife and child within a few hours. The 2nd time my AC went out in the middle of summer when my youngest child was less than a year old. John was out first thing in the morning again and had my AC up and running within about 20 minutes with a simple, low cost repair. His most recent visit was a quick and simple fix to my whole house humidifier. Everything has been fixed correctly the first time! I will add to my review that my father in law has run a heating and AC business in Wisconsin for nearly 25 years...talking to my father in law on the phone, he has often been able to help me identify what was most likely wrong before John showed up. Without knowing I had already spoken to my father in law; John identified the same underlying cause my father in law helped me determine, fixed the problem and only the problem. (In other words, John didn't try to sell me anything I didn't actually need.) I highly recommend using Home Comfort Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Johnson County, KS area (Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Mission, Prairie Village, Leawood, etc).

Over the winter I recently had issues with our furnace. Luckily for me, John had been to this house before and left his magnet with his phone number attached to the furnace. John came out on short notice to fix our furnace on a cold winter night. A couple months passed and our furnace was acting up again. John recommended that we purchase a new furnace rather than replacing our existing due to the age of the unit. Through the whole process John was very informative and helped us make the right decision for our home. When choosing someone to work on your furnace its hard to find someone that you can trust and know that he will do the best . I can honestly say that John is someone that you can trust and rely on for all of your heating and cooling needs.
