Thanks to John, our old unit lasted 30 years!! He has been servicing our heating and air needs for over 5 years now, when his competition refused to work on the old unit. John has always been very dependable. Plus, he had our new heating and a/c units installed within hours today. Thank you, John!!

John has helped us and our extended families many times in the past and our no longer new (9yr old) A/C unit burned up it's fan motor. I put in a request for callback on the Home Comfort website just before midnight on a Friday night and John called first thing in the morning Saturday. 45 minutes later he was there, already had the part on hand, fixed the problem and was done within an hour. Thankful the house is cool since it's 95 degrees out today. Great Job as always!

John was at my house within an hour after calling on a sweltering hot day. Unfortunately, my 33 year old system finally went out. It was early afternoon. He was able to get everything needed and had the new system installed, up and running and air back on by 9 pm. If that isn't incredible response time and service then I don't know what is. John came out under short notice and repaired our air conditioner motor in the heat of summer, at a very reasonable price. He also completely reinstalled without an additional charge, a second motor after an initial install revealed that the first motor was a bit loud. Just really outstanding service.

I was very pleased with the work that John did for me. Last winter my heater went bad. I had to make a decision to repair a 20 year old furnace, or replace it. John gave me all of the facts and the costs. He also indicated what would most likely break next and the cost. I made the decision to replace the entire system of both Heater and Air conditioner. John was very polite, professional, pleasant to work with, and cleaned up the entire work area. He did great work and I would highly recommend him in the future!

My Heater died in the middle of one of the coldest nights. John Field with Comfort Home answered his phone at 7:30am and was here by 8:30am. He diagnosed the issue and gave me the option to repair or replace. My furnace was 18 years old so I decided to replace it. He also took care of an issue with my humidifier. I’m so pleased with with John, I will have him back in the spring to service my AC.

John has installed 2 HVACs in my rentals, and now in my home. Top notch! Prompt, no pressure, discusses pros & cons of choices honestly & ethically. Workmanship is great!

John was fantastic. He helped me and my wife not once, but twice during one of the hottest weeks of the year. He was timely, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely be going to him again for future needs.
