We've used John a few times now. He installed a new AC unit for us in 2016 and then a whole home humidifier in the fall of 2017. Last week we called him because our furnace stopped heating our home in the middle of the day and the temperature was dropping. We noticed the issue mid-afternoon and called him around 4:00pm. He was at our house before 5:00pm and was able to diagnose the problem, swap out a component with parts that he had on hand, and we were up and running before dinner. John is very friendly to work with, is willing to answer any questions you have, and offers competitive pricing. We highly recommend John for your heating and cooling needs.

We called John Field at Home Comfort on Easter weekend. John responded promptly to our request for service and arrived as promised on Monday morning. John diagnosed our AC problem, outlined a solution and then offered us additional options. Work proceeded in a careful, workman-like fashion and he checked to see that everything was working properly before he left. The work areas in the basement, yard and driveway were cleaned up and all debris and the old equipment was removed. We were very pleased with John's work and the professional, courteous manner of the installation. I can give John and his Home Comfort business our highest recommendation.

Excellent fast service!! Seems like all my issues with my heating or a/c unit happens on the weekends. Home comfort ALWAYS responds to my calls and ALWAYS fixes the issue in one day. Fast, friendly, on time, trustworthy,economical,professional company. I have had zero issues or concerns with Home Comfort. I have used them for 5 years now and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. The customer service skills of the owner has made me a customer for life.

We put off having our AC fixed, because the estimates we were getting from other companies seemed unreasonably high and their diagnoses were questionable. John Field assessed the problem quickly, quoted us a fair price for repairs, and made the repairs, all within 24 hours. He was pleasant and respectful, and we will call him again in the future.

John with Home Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new AC and furnace for me three years ago. He was straight forward, honest, and did not try to over sell me on the new unit.
