John was able to come out the day I called him and help get my heater on again. I ended up needing a new furnace and he installed 2 days after visiting. Great turnaround time and very nice to deal with.

6/8 In replying to the below response...Don't use my work schedule as a scapegoat. I told you I opted out of working. During our conversation, I gave you the opportunity to to come clean and back out of the job. I would not have left a NEGATIVE review if you had just been honest. And YES...YOU of all people know there are plenty of companies that will come out last minute. Most of your 14 hour days are probably spent correcting your shotty work.

6/7 I called first thing this morning and was given a confirmation time of around 2p or 3p. I called to follow up at 1:30p and got confirmation I was still on schedule. I called again at 4:30 to narrow down a time frame and explained the AC hadn't been working for 2 3 days. I checked my phone around 5:20pm and saw I missed a call and text from the tech. I tried calling and texting back and received no answer. Their loss! I'm we'll prepared to buy another unit if it came down to it...but not with this company. Completely disappointed the tech didn't try call back after 10-15 minutes. I find it unprofessional and it raised red flag. Glad it didn't work...as these things can be expensive. I'll spend my hard earned money else where.

Our air conditioning went out on a hot summer Sunday when I was not well. We called John and he came out that afternoon to help us. Unfortunately, our old unit was permanently inoperable.

John gave us excellent advice and options, and arrived the next morning to install a new system. We were very blessed to have his expertise and assistance so quickly available!

John just installed a new AC and furnace for me. His price beat everyone that I spoke to. I was on the fence if I wanted to replace my system or not and he gave me straight answers and didn't push me to buy anything. He's genuinely nice person, a very hard worker, and most importantly a trustworthy person. I will use John for any and all future heating and cooling jobs!

Had a terrific experience with same-day replacement of my outside unit. John is professional and courteous and clearly an expert in this area. He was patient to answer all of my questions and gave great direction for what system to select.

John is reliable and provides quick service. Pricing is fair and I have found him to honest. On his most recent visit my system had two parts that were not working and unfortunately it was not immediately apparent until after he had left. However, he quickly came back to resolve the second issue. I am always amazed how he typically carries the needed part in his truck so that there is not an additional delay to order the part. I will definitely call him again in the future.

John was straight forward and explained everything he was going to do for us. We were on vacation and came home to a hot house and within a day and a half John had us in a cool house again ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable price. Nothing but excellent, professional, and efficient service. John came out to our house about a month prior to our furnace going out to service it when it started acting up. We called him again when it started to show signs of not turning on and the temperature in our house was dropping. John came out right away (he was called in the morning and was out by the early afternoon--in freezing rain and drizzle) and worked with the furnace. Since John was previously out to our house, he even went as far as bringing a brand new furnace just in case ours needed to be replaced-- turns out it did. John did excellent work and kept us from having to go out and shop for a furnace and schedule installation! We HIGHLY recommend his services and plan to have him come out in the spring to check our AC unit!

John is exactly the type of person you want servicing your HVAC needs. I called him on a Saturday when our A/C broke. I had received 5 other quotes and comments on what could/should be done.
