Matt and his crew are knowledgeable, personable, and trust worthy. Gave me multiple options and configurations for the new system to think over. They took the time to talk through the differences between the options on how they would operate best for my particular home, as well as keep my budget in mind. Making my appointment was extremely easy. When Jesse showed up on time he greeted me and treated me and my property with respect. He diagnosed the issues with my A/C system quickly and gave me honest feedback on which options I had. He cleaned the outdoor coil and advised me when to replace items. Very professional representative of the company. I would recomend any technician at D&M Mechanical if they ate like Jesse.

Had my A/C go out at close to midnight. D&M returned by call within 15 minutes and had someone out early the next morning (on a Saturday). They were on time, professional and had the unit up and running quickly. Highly recommend.

They were awesome! Duane has vast experience in HVAC and helped us make the correct decision for our new system. Matt and Jesse were very professional and accommodating during the install couldn't ask for a better experience. They worked us in during a very busy time knowing that we had no air conditioning.

Then on appointment day you receive a notification that the technician is on the way. To me that's important to know.
