Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work. Was having issues with my AC and the day after they quoted me, it went out. They were at my house within half an hour of me calling. They kept my unit running, coming out multiple times at no charge until they were able to install my new unit. They left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it. Matt, Duane and the rest of their team did a phenomenal job. We spent several months going over multiple options and several different variations to our whole house system replacement. Never once did they get pushy or annoyed with all of our questions and concerns. They came out several times to visit with us, prior to the decision to use D & M. During the install, their team was courteous and mindful of our home. They treated us like family and treated our house as though it was their own. During the install, we were without heat for 24 hours. Matt and Duane personally delivered several space heaters to help keep the house comfortable for our young children. After the install was complete, their entire team went over all of the specifics with my wife and I. It was apparent that they were as invested in this system as we were and made sure we were comfortable with all the details, prior to leaving. The quality of their work was truly world-class and I have already recommended them to many family and friends. No doubt, we are LIFELONG customers of D & M. When I call them, I know I am getting an honest recommendation and I'm going to be taken care of. We have to different a/c units at two different addresses. D&M has installed new units in one resident and repaired a unit in the other resident. Excellent work done at both. Would highly recommend them

Very prompt on call back. Came out on Saturday and diagnosed the problem. Came back on Monday and fixed the issue. Jesse was very nice and knew what he was doing. Would recommend.

They’re patient while trying to figure out what is needed for my home and me making a decision. Once decided, they were out in a week to replace our 20 year old noisy 2.5 ton builder grade AC and heater. Would highly recommend. Installers Justin and Malachi were professional, friendly and did a great job!
