Chad was prompt to return my call, thorough in finding the problem(s) and putting together several options for solutions and patient in talking about the options/answering my questions. He and his team were very professional in removing the old system and installing the new one. They used drop cloths and swept up displaced dust. He paid attention to details. He was personable and polite. He made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Chad on 5/22 about a cooling issue with my ac. He was immediately responsive and had me scheduled for service the next day. He arrived 30 minutes to an hour early, and had our home several degrees cooler within minutes of arrival. Unfortunately, I’m looking at replacing my HVAC system, but he has it up and running for now. I will definitely be using Premier when it comes time to replace the entire unit.
