We needed a new AC ASAP and Chad came to the rescue! He showed up within hours of calling to assess the situation which wasn't fixable. He had a new AC unit by the next day and said he'd be there at 5pm to install. He actually showed up around 2pm and had the new AC up and running by 5pm. Chad knows how to run a business and communicates well. He was fast, efficient, and cared about our situation. He under promises and over delivers which is the perfect way to conduct business!!! Furnace went out late in the evening and Chad quickly responded to my call and got right out to get it going again. Diagnosed the problem and got it taken care of right away. Definitely will be using him in the future for any HVAC needs!
