We had a little trouble with our A/C and needed a few extra trips to fix it. The owner did what a great business owner does and stepped in to help. The issue was resolved. That’s the difference between a good company and a great company. They went the extra mile and with that established a lifetime customer.

If I could leave six stars I would my fiance and I used them to put a new heater and ac unit in our home. They are priced the best and their work was quick and really well done. FInished whole job in no time and left no mess.
unit works great their techs were polite and not only on time they were early I highly recommend couldn't be happier.

Dale came to our house on the weekend. He was on time, so informative with my questions and gave me so much knowledge about my system regarding the summer. Not all superhero’s wear capes, but Dale absolute saved the day as we get ready for 100 degree weather. Thank you so much!

Our commercial building had a lightening/electrical strike and damaged our 20 ton AC unit. No one could find us a new unit before the end of September. Imagining going all of August and September with no AC in Kansas and working inside near 100 degree temps is less than thrilling. Dale and the team at MJB called around and saved the day. They had us a new unit 5 weeks earlier than other could promise and I now have happy employees. The unit is amazingly quiet, super cold and so much more energy efficient. The other day I came home to a very hot house. My husband wasn’t home yet so I figured I’d call these guys to see if even getting someone out would be an option. They didn’t just immediately suggest sending someone out. THEY TRIED TO TROUBLESHOOT MY ISSUE WITH ME OVER THE PHONE, FOR FREE! Thankfully it was just something that my husband had done, so we didn’t need anyone out. Talk about going above & beyond. We’ve been beyond impressed with this place!

You should tell your boy to quit tailgating people at 85 mile an hour on 235 heading to 47th. He needs to remember that your company name is on the side of the van, on the front, and everywhere on it. Plus the van number 9 is on it as well. Have a great day!

I called around 5:00 on a Tuesday because the A/C was out at one of my rental properties. They were able to get someone out at 8:00 am the next morning and have it finished by 10:00. The technician was very professional and kept me updated. Will definitely use MJB again!

MJB Heating and Cooling is the best HVAC servicer in the greater Wichita area. I have had my furnace replaced, and more recently, my entire cooling system replaced and upgraded. Their attention to detail and professionalism is noteworthy. I’m most impressed with their communication and care for you as a customer. At the end of the day, they make sure you are comfortable in your own home—and that’s what it’s all about!!

I have used MJB several times. I'm with an organization that helps Veteran's. MJB is the only company I have used. MJB is by far one of the best companies to deal with. They are very easy to work with and VERY customer oriented. If you don't call MJB it's your loss!
