Great service! I would highly recommend! My AC went out on the hottest day this year. The tech came right out and was very professional and thorough! Explained in detail what was going on. Repaired it for a reasonable price. Got my home cooled down quickly & saved the day! The customer service was great. From the lady who took my call to Matthew who did the repairs. I was very pleased, and would definitely call them again.

My ground source heat pump went out almost exactly 20 years to the day after it was installed. They were local to me. Gave me a competitive bid and were able to get the replacement system ordered and installed within only a few days. Thanks for your prompt service in handling my situation. We used Matt and his crew for our shop unit last year and they did us right! Paired with the insulation we can maintain a 72 degree inside temp throughout weeks of the high 90’s into the 100s no problem!

Our unit was 13 months old and the AC wasn't keeping up. The team did a full inspection and found that our unit was clogged with cottonwood fuzz. They cleaned the unit and made sure everything was in working order, and all the work was covered under our warranty.

Leaky Himidifier fixed. Great service. Humidifier pad clogged and replaced. No charge because the prev pad was fairly new and looked to be defective. Thank you Jesse. Great work and customer service satisfaction.

We were experiencing a problem with our furnace. With the outdoor temp being about 30, we needed heat. It was Saturday evening when I called. Mindy was very quick to say she would get someone out to my house to help. About 40 minutes later, Matt showed up, ready to go to work. About an hour later, we were back in business. Matt was very friendly and professional, regardless of the fact that it was a Saturday night call. Our experience with D&M Mechanical has always been first class.
