New AC is working wonderfully and they even did a follow to make sure all was good. We also went ahead and installed heater as well. A very satisfied customer! It was time to replace our thirty year old heating/cooling system in our home including new duct work. A knowledgeable and professional representative from MJB quoted a very reasonable price for the new equipment and installation and offered a convenient shedule to get it done.
A well qualified crew showed up on time and preformed exceptional workmanship replacing the equipment. It was all done in one day and my wife and I enjoyed the comfort of the new system that evening!

I was looking to replace a 25yr old water source heat pump before it completely failed. Clark was very professional and great to work with on the front end. Unfortunately due to the supply chain issues the new system was delayed. That is when MJB really showed what kind of company and people they were. Dale kept me in informed of the status the whole time and regularly checked in to make sure we were ok and the old system kept going. Unfortunately the old system did have some hiccups, but Dale and Church were right on top of it to band aide it, providing the bridge until the new machine finally was available. The new Bosch system came in and once again Dale, Manny and the entire installation crew were phenomenal getting the new system up and running. Their customer service has been outstanding!

My story is a long one but I'll get to the point. After being treated rudely, and my AC being misdiagnosed (with a very large charge) by a local company, I decided to find another company. Looking through the phone I was at my wits end. I prayed that I would find a reputable repair place. I saw MJB and called them. I've been very impressed with the owner and his sense of customer service! Definitely a missing element in today's society! They came to my house and finally got the AC running after being almost a week in the heat. They went over and above what other companies would have done. I decided since my system was 25 years old it was time to get a new one. The installers just left and my house is nice and cool! The installers were efficient, friendly and cleaned after the install. I would definitely recommend this company and big thanks to all the guys that came to fix my problem!

While professional they were relatable to us!! Very easy-going too.They gave us plenty of options to choose from and scheduled us in within a few days. Our system had caused quite the damage and an extensive amount of condensation in our basement. As new customers they knew this had to be taken care of immediately.
My family and I wholeheartedly appreciate it so much!

I called on a Sunday afternoon and left a message because my air conditioner had quit. Within five minutes the technician, Church Pruitt, called me up and diagnosed the problem over the phone! He definitely knows his stuff. He was at my house within about 30 minutes. He didn’t have the exact factory part he needed but he had it working pretty quickly by using generic parts. He came back on Monday morning at 8:30 AM with the exact factory part and had it installed and working within about five minutes! He was a super nice guy and VERY knowledgeable. The price was fair, especially since I called on a Sunday afternoon! I will definitely call MJB Heating and Cooling again if I ever have a problem.

MJB have been great to work with. I originally purchased a complete system to replace my 30+ year old system back in 2018. Their people were prompt, professional and did a high quality install.

In January of 2019 I had a house fire that resulted in the entire system needing to be replaced again. I insisted that my insurance company use MJB do the fire replacement work. Once again, they stayed on schedule with the house rebuild, did an awesome job and took good care of us.

MJB stands behind their work, and take good care of their customers. I have recommended them to friends.

Even amidst a power outage at their offices today, Dale and Monica were able to dispatch Cody and get my very ancient air conditioning unit back up and running this evening and at a reasonable price. Always call upon them, even if their lights are out. 📞💡👍🏻

The MJB crew are awesome! From the time I requested the quote for my new ductless heating & air unit it was less than two weeks for full installation. Dale and his staff were extremely professional and communicative. I knew what they were doing and how there were going to do it because they explained everything to me in layman's terms. The cost was reasonable and I am confident in their work.
