Jesse was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and able to fix the problem and get our system working correctly.

Matt showed up early Sunday morning and had my AC up and running in no time. He was very friendly and answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner. He didnt try to upsell me on anything and explained everything thing that he was doing and what I could do to help prevent future problems. I will only be using D&M for all my future HVAC needs.

Our AC went out at the hottest part of the summer. Matt was out within an hour of calling to see about getting the cooling back on. The were out of portable units, so Matt ran to the store and bought another just to get some relief in our house.
The system was beyond repair and we had many concerns with the overall HVAC in the house. Matt and Duane both spent a great deal of time assessing the entire HVAC system and designing a new system that fit our needs and beat every competitor in town on costs, by a long shot! Their installation is one of the cleanest I've seen - you can tell they take pride in their work.
Since then, we've had a few other items addressed by D&M as we're working on the house, and they've done a phenomenal job.

They are always professional and very courteous. I also have never been kept waiting and they answer any questions I may have.

By far the best company in town! They went above and beyond putting central heat and air in a rental property of mine as well as helped me key an eye on the other company that was doing the remodel and kept in touch with me from start to finish. D&M responded quickly to my request for routine service. An air conditioner "Tune-up" was done in a very professional and thorough manner. The fee was reasonable for the service provided.
