I called on a Saturday afternoon, they had Matt out within a hour. Had my ac working before he left. I was so impressed with the quickness of the retuned call and having them out there and ac running within an hour. Recommend this company give them a 10+ Mandy was fast at responding to my phone call.

Jesse Lint was sent to do maintenance on our furnace to get it ready for the upcoming winter months. He is very courteous and arrived on time. He was very kind and in fact played with one of my dogs (Hank) for a few minutes and let Hank go downstairs to help him work on the furnace. Being courteous, arriving on time and especially being kind to my pets are great qualities in my book when it comes to maintenance people.

Cannot say enough about how enough D&M was. Matt came out within an hours notice to help us out when our A/C had completely shut down in over 100 degree heat. I would recommend D&M to anyone!

Great service ! They are very responsive, I call them after 5pm, they still came right away, so I don’t have to freeze at night . Give out professional suggestions and options and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We had D&M do a complete replacement of our heating and cooling units recently They were fantastic to work with. Matt was responsive and patient in providing us all the options and answering questions. Jesse and Justin did an excellent job with the installation. They took care to cover the floors and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Mindi in the office was great at keeping us informed of timelines. The system is running great and we have had no issues at all. Excellent company and excellent people. Highly recommend.
