D&M Mechanical

It was the first time I used D&M Mechanical. Jesse our technician was very knowlageble and friendly. He did the work necessary to get our AC system working properly. I am very satisgfied and will use them again!

D & M technician arrived punctually to conduct the annual service and cleaning of the HVAC unit they installed a year. We have had zero problems with the unit. Mathew did an excellent job of cleaning the unit disassembling where needed and doing a thorough cleaning and washing. He then checked the refrigerant level with test instruments that linked to an application on his cell phone. No wasted refrigerant this way versus the old guage and hooking up method. Totally professional, knowledgeable and uses up to date technology and tools. Impressive and I highly recommend D & M Mechanical.

10/23/2019 Followup visit by D&M on a duct problem in the basement with another 5 star rating! I had heating ducts that needed to be adjusted to fit the new drop ceiling installed in the basement. They secured the whole duct system and installed new vents in the drop ceiling. They were quick, the install was solid and done professionally and looks good too! The price was very reasonable and worth it. They did a good job of cleaning up after fixing the ducts. I strongly recommend these guys.

4/24/21 My son purchased his first house and asked me to recommend a heating/cooling maintenance company and I wholeheartedly recommended D&M Mechanical. They showed up promptly, diagnosed the equipment and completed needed repairs efficiently and quickly. He was impressed with what was done as I was too. Strongly recommend.

Professional, prompt and accomplished the requested maintenance on the Hvac outdoor unit expeditiously. Demonstrated why I strongly recommend D&M Mechanical to my friends and family.

Dwayne came to just to work on my electronic filter yet was unsatisfied with the results. He came an extra 3 times at no extra charge until the he felt the problem was resolved and it was perfect. In the meantime he serviced units to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you very much for to D&M for the outstanding work and commitment. I will definitely be calling them again for my next issue or service.

I am highly satisfied with the quality of service I received from D&M Mechanical. The technician exhibited a great deal of knowledge and proficiency as he performed the work at my home. He thoroughly explained things and showed what needed attention. The rate charged was very reasonable. I would recommend their service to anyone and definitely use them again

Awesome service! They have been out twice.
First time was a Friday night and I really needed my AC fixed
Matt came right out and got it going. He had what he needed on the truck. Then again on july 4th A HOLIDAY! I expected to pay big bucks. Nope! They just billed me for the normal charge!

Update: I now have a new system (3 years later) they did an excellent installation (this is saying a lot since I am very picky) they went above and beyond and I now have an awesome system with a lot of upgrades (that I specifically asked for) and they are also changing our some of the rotted ducts under the house! Workmanship is second to none

Everyone was very nice and helpful! They stayed awhile after install to make sure everything was running as it should and left everything clean. Overall the best experience I’ve had with HVAC

excellent. D&M is a great company. They were quick to set my appointment, they called ahead and let me know they’re coming. After the appointment, they called me to see how satisfied we were. I had issues and problems and they fixed them. They never batted an eyelash and they did everything they said they were going to do from the beginning to end. I was very satisfied. More companies should do business like that.

D&M answered my call and got someone out the very same day, even amid the high call volume. Matt did excellent work and explained to me what he was doing and why it needed to be done. Excellent company to work with!
