D&M Mechanical

Our AC quit putting out cold air and overnight it has reach 87 in the house. Matt was at our house 1.5hrs after our call in and had parts replaced and unit cleaned in under 1.5hrs. We know that D&M responds quickly and always resolves the issue. Dogs are happy that the cool air is going again and we're happy to be signed up for the maintenance plan. Thank you Matt and D&M!

We were very pleased with D&M's service and response right from the start! They were able to come out to help us, even at the end of the day. We discovered the issue with our AC at 4pm and they were on-site by 5 after we had tried calling other repair shops. The problem turned out to be a error by another tech 2 years before that they were able to quickly diagnose and repair. We loved their customer service and their honesty. We will continue to use them in the future.

D&M Mechanical personal contacted me before they arrived at my home. They did and excellent service with removal and replacing NEW AC unit and Heating System. They will have my recommendations if anyone needs their service.

Mindy and Jesse were brilliant. Mindy was very responsive and efficient in getting me scheduled. No a/c for three days was horrid. When Jesse came around he was very friendly and extremely professional. His knowledge and expertise was second to non. He got the system going in no time and I will for sure be using this company again. Thanks to both Mindy and Jesse.

D&M came out to do our scheduled maintenance and found that our furnace was needing to be replaced. They were able to get us on the list for the following week and had everything done in about 2 days. They were very professional, on time and let you know everything they were doing. I would highly recommend D&M for any of your HVAC needs.

Matthew called back soon after I left a message (after regular business hours too) and set my appointment for the following morning. Jesse arrived, diagnosed and repaired my units in no time! He is great! He explained what needed to be done in a clear way. Very professional and kind ...knows what he's doing. Prayerfully I won't have anymore issues, but if I do, I will use D&M again.

Matt, the technition was so helpful & professional. He explained everything he was doing, along with preventive measures in the future. He never critized my situation, nor "blamed" me for not knowing. Extremly patient & informative. Absolutely wonderful.

I appreciated the communication with D&M. Jesse was on time and very professional (he even voluntarily removed his shoes at the door which wasn’t necessary. Before his repair, he explained what was wrong and gave me an estimate for the repair. I had cold air blowing within an hour! I’d highly recommend!
