Was an after hours call and Grant had a very pleasant attitude. Besides replacing my thermostat he also showed ne other useful things about my furnace. A great experience under not great circumstances. Thank you!

Highly, strongly recommend. These guys have been great for scheduling our bi-annual checkups. We also recently had a whole-home humidifier installed and they did a great job. We’ve had Chad come out a couple times now and he does a very thorough and efficient job making sure our equipment is ready for the season. Thanks again for doing great work.

Because of summer-season work, we had to wait a few days to get our AC compressor serviced, but Advanced Air kept in touch with us, and advanced our first day repair time. Got a service appointment quickly. Grant was great! He was on time, knew how to solve the issue right away and explained it well. Very thorough and detailed in his work. Would ask for him again.

Our AC wasn’t blowing out cold air so I messaged a couple of companies in the area and Advanced Air Mechanical was by far the fastest to respond which I appreciated. They were able to come out the next day. Grant was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair within an hour or so. Very happy with the professionalism and attitude of Grant and other individuals I spoke with. I feel like the price was reasonable as well.

My appointment was not scheduled until the 22nd of June. There was a cancelation and they came today. He was very educational, took the time to explain what was needed and how to prepare going forward.
