We had Dillon come out from Advanced Air Mechanical to perform an AC tune up for the upcoming summer, and he was great! Made sure he explained everything and answered all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking for a professional!

The blower in our furnace stopped working. Rob had arrived on time. And was in and out very quickly. He was extremely nice and polite. Was very understanding that I was working from home and unexpectedly had to be on a conference call. He let me know what the problem was and that he was able to get us up and running. He also gave me the heads up that this could be a sign for end of life for my furnace. Which I really appreciated so I can plan for that. All around great service and I would definitely recommend!!!

Called HSA warranty for service/replace. We had to call back several times to finalize an appointment with Advanced Air. When the tech came, he refused to fix the unit because it was using MO99 and the coil fins were damaged beyond repair. He said he was going to suggest replacement for us. They forgot to file a report with HSA. Had to resubmit ticket. Then, maybe out of spite, they reported that we damaged the unit. We didn't, of course. The coil fins were damaged before we moved in.
I should have read the home warranty contract and known that replacement wasn't an option and just asked the tech to refill the coolant.
But, the service tech should have, at least, refilled the coolant to get us working until a replacement could be made. The tech should have also known that the home warranty wouldn't have covered that damage because it wasn't just wear and tear. They lied to us and HSA wouldn't compromise. Will never suggest a company that doesn't complete their job and then sacrifices the customer when they are asked to do their job.

We had them come out as a second opinion when told our furnace needed to be replaced. They were able to do a system check and some clean up and gave their honest opinion. The furnace is old but still in decent shape. I appreciated their honesty.
