I discovered my furnace wasn’t working around 9:30 PM on a Friday night. After sending a message to Guy asking if he could help sometime the next day, he quickly called to get more information. He was able to talk me through things to try over the phone. From that conversation, he identified the problem and came over to fix my furnace right away.
Guy is professional, has reasonable rates, and is very good at what he does. I highly recommend Hoss Heating and Cooling.

Having an AC issue in hot and humid weather is never fun. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple homes where such an issue occurred. Each time, I’ve called Guy with Hoss Heating and Cooling and I’ve been very satisfied with the results. The prices are competitive and the service is fast. I now use Hoss for inspections, routine AC maintenance, and any “surprise” issues. Today Guy installed a new coil and the AC is working perfectly once again. Thanks Guy for the outstanding work. I can’t recommend you highly enough.

My air conditioner stopped working overnight. I called several large heating and cooling companies, and the soonest any of them could get out was the next day. I called Hoss and within an hour Guy arrived and quickly repaired my air conditioner. He was so nice and efficient. I would absolutely recommend and use them again!

Our AC stopped cooling at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. I called and left Guy a message and he called back within 15 minutes. From the questions he asked me, he gave me instructions to deal with the issue which resolved the problem! We were very grateful! I am keeping his number and will use him for any issues we may encounter with our furnace or AC. Honesty, integrity and the old-fashioned way of doing honorable business. What a breath of fresh air!! I have been using Guy since he installed a HVACC system a couple of years ago. He has been good and reliable until today when I was shocked to see him come to my house for a scheduled maintenance on the Air Conditioner and when I began asking questions he became very hostile and after telling me is is not going to service my system he walked out of my back yard, got into his van and sped off. This is troubling and I am sad he has made this unprofessional decision. This was certainly not good form. I believe his attitude might have something to do with the fact that he installed a Goodman unit which as it turned out had a recall on it this past winter and I had to press him for information on the unit that I needed to schedule a repair. Other than that I have no reasonable explanation for his behavior today at my home. This is Hoss Heating and Cooling , LLC

Guy did an amazing job of explaining each step as he performed the repair.
He called back promptly and his pricing was more than fair. I am setting up an appointment next spring to replace my A/C and furnace.

We’re renting our home, and the management company typically isn’t the most timely about getting things done. So we called Hoss Heating & Cooling and he was over within a couple hours, fixed the issue within a half hour and gave us a great price. Highly recommend hiring him to fix your heating and cooling needs. He also is a lover for animals, which shows his true character. Great guy!

I had called all the “big companies” to learn only one thing, they couldn’t tell me when they could be at my house and they all wanted to make sure I understood their astronomical trip charges. I ran across Hoss Heating and Cooling just thumbing through google. Gave him a call and he was at my house within an hour. Within another hour my ac was running optimal again. Guy(the owner/technician) found the refrigerant leak, repaired the leak, added refrigerant back to the system, checked the temperature of air coming out of the registers and even cleaned the outside unit. I won’t say the exact price but it was less than some of the “big companies” trip charges. To be fair, I usually only leave negative reviews, but Guy was great and he deserves this review plus he is a small locally owned business.

Guy was fantastic. He discovered the issue with our furnace right away, fixed the issue quickly and thoroughly and informed me throughout the process. His price was very reasonable. And to top it off he was so great with our dog, who can be quite the handful. We've had heating and cooling issues before and have used different technicians, but we'll be sticking with Hoss.

Excellent service and very responsive, he is the man for the job. Knowledgeable on both systems he installed a new ac unit for me and has maintained my furnace. He is the only person I call now! Highly recommend.
