Rob & John were very professional. They were very efficient & Advanced Air Mechanical’s pricing was very competitive & the units (Goodman Equipment) were high quality. It has been & currently is a pleasure working with them.

Technician was super kind and explained everything to me so I could understand it and helped me figure out steps if I wanted to replace my unit in the future. He worked fast, fixed the problem, and was out super quickly. Super efficient and very kind!

Had my A-coil replaced and installed some custom duct work back in November 2022. AC is running more efficiently and most importantly, no more leaks!

Follow up appointment occurred in April 2023 to ensure AC coolant levels were appropriate and double checked the duct work just in case. All came back great!

Dillon was very professional and nice. He fixed my AC in a very short time. He showed me the problem and let me know to call if any problem arose. My appointment date took quite awhile but once here, the problem was handled quickly. I recommend this company.

Without AC on a few hot days and Rob came out quickly fixing it under an hour. Seems one of the wires didn’t have a cap gently grazing this and causing a short. I am very pleased and they were very polite!

We had been struggling with our furnace working intermittently for months. Another well known business in the area came out and basically told us there wasn’t anything they could do. We were able to get in touch with Advanced Air Mechanical for another opinion… they were professional (the gentleman that came out was willing to answer any questions we had and did a thorough job of explaining all that he did), we were able to get an appointment right away (which was crucial with freezing cold temps and a new baby in the house), they diagnosed the problem, got parts to fix the issue the same day, and we haven’t had a problem since! Had we gone with Advanced Air Mechanical from the start, we would have saved ourselves months of headache and dealing with an intermittent furnace. Super pleased all the way around! We will definitely give these guys a call for any future needs!

We have a home owners warranty. When our furnace stopped working the HOW assigned Advance Air Mechanical. They were efficient in responding but their non-covered fees were 2 to 3 times more than any other quote we received from other contractors. We decided to take the cash payment and hire another contractor.

Our furnace quit during a brutal cold spell. Advanced Air Mechanical arrived on a Saturday, just two hour after I called. It was an easy fix, thankfully. My inquisitive son asked about a million questions. The repair person was incredibly kind and explained in great detail what went wrong and how he fixed it. Can't speak highly enough about AAM!!!
