Advanced Air was sent out to service a furnace that was under contract to my appliance insurance. I had a company come out before they did and find the problem. It was a bad motor on the ventilation system. Advanced Air service person said that wasn’t the problem and he wasn’t going to make the insurance company pay for a motor and put in a small part but did not run the furnace to see if the part fixed it. When I asked him what I should do if the part didn’t work he said I don’t know. His part didn’t work and had to have a different service man fix the furnace and it was a bad motor. Advanced I feel was only interested and not causing insurance company money.

My home warranty contacted Advanced Air Mechanical, Inc. stating that they will contact me in 24-48 hours. I got a call an hour later to schedule with them and they got a Tech to my house the same day! Rob was great and explained what he was doing. He got a part ordered and returned to the house and installed it the same day!! Highly recommend!

This Company Rocks! My HVAC technician Rob did a phenomenal Job from beginning to end. He came in assessed the problem and took his time and completed the job. Once done, he explained to me what the problem was and what he did to fix! If I could give 10 stars I would!

These people are great! Best bag for your buck! They don’t replace things that don’t need replacing because you’re to dumb to know the difference like a lot of places!

This is a reliable and professional company. I have had this company out 2 times now different years and two different workers. Both very knowledgeable people. Dillon today for furnace maintenence. Our furnace was not even coming on for a day. Last year for our a/c with Grant which also stopped working. Both simple repairs. Both came out the same day we went online and requested an appt within the time frame. Thank you so much for your help! Keep up the great service:)

They were able to come same day (around the holidays!) to repair my furnace! Dillon was knowledgeable and polite-showed me the problem and how I could possible fix it should it happen again. Definitely would recommend!

We've had an old condensation pump go out of our furnance. For two days, we've called around and heard "We are only working on heating issues now. Call a plumber" to "we don't service manufactured homes", it was such a nice surprise to call Advanced Air Mechanical and hear that a technician could be out that afternoon. Not only was our technicians courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, they had the pump in their truck for quick replacement. Thank you, Dillon and Advanced Air.
