Great service. Grant was very friendly and had my a/c fixed in 10 minutes. He explained everything before doing repairs. They were busy but able to get my repair time moved up. Highly recommend them!!!!

They were friendly, professional, showed up quickly and on time, and had the run capacitor on the truck that I needed to get AC going again. Their service was great, they were in and out in less than 15 minutes.

However, make sure you get a price or quote before they do the repair work, or you may have an extreme shock. I was thrilled with their service until the bill arrived via email. I wish they had given a price before repairing (as it says they do on the website). I feel I was taken advantage of because I paid for my own repair, instead of using a home warranty. I had no problem paying the service fee, and even a reasonable charge to install the part, but I was completely overcharged on the parts pricing.

Dillon completed an inspection on my furnace since I just bought this home 3 months ago and wanted it checked out before winter. He was thorough and did a great job explaining the different parts of my furnace to keep an eye on, as well as suggestions to prevent further issues.

Went through my home warranty company to receive a furnace tune up. Very easy to schedule and good communication from Advanced. Dillon was the technician assigned to the job, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Did a thorough tune up and answered lots of questions I had about the older furnace in the home I just purchased.

Free system check with my AHS warranty. Explained everything, detailed report with pictures, and some tips to keep in mind about the maintenance of my system. I felt it was honest, simple, and experienced service.

Dillon was great! Installed our new ceiling fan, made sure we were happy with the position and direction of the blades turning. He made sure we knew how to switch the blade direction and use the remote. He was very nice and professional!

This was my first time calling Advanced Air because they were the assigned vendor for my furnace tune-up under my home warranty. Dillon was professional and efficient. I appreciate that he wore a mask and placed booties on his shoes to protect my floors even though I didn't ask him to. My furnace is in good shape, but if I have any issues, I'm calling them again. Great service!
