    Called our landlord and he contacted Fosters. Johnny got our furnace fixed in less than 10 minutes. He was so cute ! 😊 highly recommended

    Our furnace started making an extremely loud noise this week whenever it would start running. I called Fosters yesterday and someone was able to get out here this morning and immediately diagnose the issue, called and found the replacement part and went to pick it up during the snow storm & was back within the hour to install. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!!

    Fosters installed a natural gas fireplace in my home, my home is propane. I had to have them come install the conversion kit. They quickly came and installed the kit but after it was installed the flame wasn’t adjusted properly, and the second row burner won’t light unless I remove the logs. I called back and told them it still wasn’t right and was told it worked when he was here… Still Frustrated

    Our furnace quit working on Friday evening Dec 23, during the blizzard. The service technicians were all out with many calls ahead of me. One of the technicians called me back about 1/2 hrs later, and from my description, diagnosed the probable issue. She walked me through the resolution over the phone and saved us from a very cold night. I am so thankful.

    Marion, IA. Fantastic service, our furnace took a dump last February (new house to us but was built 20 yrs ago). I called and they came right out, took time to explain what was wrong and our options (most importantly got us heat again).

    Came out the next day to give us proposal on new Amana furnace (great warranty) and possibly a new AC. In the end there was no $$ benefit to buying both, they recommended waiting on the AC till it quit too.

    Great crew came to install the new furnace, the ROI was reasonable given this furnace is more efficient than the old one.

    Highlight of purchasing through Foster’s is if you call they move you to the top of the list. Came in handy this summer when the AC quit. I called, their tech was enroute to our home within 10 minutes - within 20 minutes of the call they determined the issue and within 30 minutes of the call Martin (service pro) had AC blasting cold air again! (We still haven’t replaced the AC - that’s a good dealer doesn’t sell you what you don’t need).

    Foster’s is fast, friendly, honest, and have met all our expectations.

    Foster was really good about sending text messages to remind me of my appointment. They showed up on time. They introduce them self to me and explained what they were doing and the plan of accomplishing installing the air conditioner and furnace. They took their time going over and above the job making sure everything was up to code and safe for our home. Thank you! 😃😀☺️

    I had a new furnace installed in April of this year by Eric who did an outstanding job and was pleasant to work with. Unfortunately after a few days of install I started to have issues that were unrelated to the install itself. Foster’s was quick to send out a tech who tried to remedy the issue on two separate occasions, it was during the third visit that I was lucky enough to get Julie who was able to diagnose the issue. My pvc exhaust pipe had sagging which was causing an airlock. This was no easy task as my basement is finished and the PVC piping was not easily viewable or accessible. Julie was able to come up with a plan without having to cut large sections of my ceiling out and solve the issue. She stayed and waited for the furnace to do a full cycle and make sure that the issue was fully resolved before leaving. This was not my first encounter with Julie as she had been here years ago to work on my old furnace and did a wonderful job then as well. Just know that if you ever call Foster’s heating and cooling for service and you get Julie as your tech, it’s your lucky day!

    Our furnace stopped heating. The technician came to my house quickly, figured out the problem and then provided me some temporary work arounds since it was still winter. The rep came to my house because my 27 year old furnace (which was installed by Foster's in 1994) was at the end of it's life. He provided a recommendation, we accepted that approach, and the installers came out the next day to install the new furnace. They all were very professional, provided quick responses, and very reasonably priced. Not only did they do quality work, but they left that area cleaner than they left it. I highly recommend Foster's for all your heating and cooling needs.

    Exceptional service, after hours even. Tech that arrived, top notch! Our dog, which typically doesn't like strangers, one sniff, and just another friend to her. Kudos to Foster for having quality technicians willing to come out so late in sub zero temps, and he didn't seem to mind one bit. Quality service.
