We noticed a slab leak at our residence on a Sunday. Called Hanna Plumbing the following day (Monday). They sent someone out (Ed) who diagnosed the problem and told us what would be involved for the repair (i.e., rerouting the plumbing) and assured us he would email us an estimate by the following day. 2 days later, no estimate. We followed up with a phone call and left a voicemail, once again, no response. The slab leak got worse. Having left 2 messages w/o a call back we called a competitor who came out immediately, gave an estimate and immediately had a crew who started the repairs. Hanna Plumbing is less than 2 miles from our property, the company who showed up at started the job, is at least 15 miles away North of Temecula.

Great work by Hanna installing my shop radiant in-floor heat system. Let me start with Amy, she is the very best receptionist I have ever dealt with; polite, helpful, reliable, I could go on and on but if I had a business of my own I would try to hire her away from Hanna, a tru "A-teamer." Jim Anger (45+ years of experience) quoted the system to me and was a great technical resource/expert. He explained my options and gave me a budgetary sizing estimate to help me decide what I could afford in my overall project cost during our initial phone conversation - refreshing!!!!!! Most contractors want to "do the dance" on pricing which makes it hard to consider project options. Matt and Adam installed the loop field on a hot summer day and worked hard to achieve the optimal floor coverage for even heat. Dustin installed the boiler and his attention to detail and pride in his work were exceptional. I plan to use Hanna again on a bath remodel and I have no doubt they will perform just as well. I have finally found a plumbing contractor i trust. The pricing was not cheap but it was fair and competitive for the work I had done.

Had some work done by Hanna (replaced toilet, added a laundry sink and replaced kitchen faucet) and they did great work. From the very beginning we were impressed. They came early to the scheduled estimate. They were professional, explained things as he was looking at what we wanted done and answered all of our questions. When it came to the actual work, again it was great. They had an opening, so they came a week early and got the job done that day. They were friendly and did a nice job of cleaning up after they were finished. I plan to use Hanna again for future plumbing needs.

My ac unit fan would only turn on sporadically and if it did it, only for a minute or so. Their tech told me it was a faulty thermostat, he replaced the thermostat and it turned on. However, the tech did not do his due diligence in making sure it ran properly for an extended period of time as the next week I actually needed to use my ac, the ac fan would run for a minute or two and then shut off again. I called the office asking if I could have them come look at it again as long as I wasn’t charged a $100 service fee again because why should I when it’s having the same issue I called and had looked at before.. They couldn’t give me a definitive yes or no only that the work done was under warranty and it would be up to the tech when he came and looked at it again if I was charged a service fee or not. Mind you I had no issue paying for labor/parts but refuse to pay another service fee when my ac still didn’t work properly from the first time it was worked on by this company. Highly unprofessional will never get work done from this company again. Spent $250 for a new thermostat but my ac still doesn’t work

Rich helped us with our water backflow prevention test. He was wonderful to work with and he went above and beyond helping with all of our questions!

Our AC went out and we had Hanna come out to look at our system to give us an estimate for a replacement. Rep came out and left but Hanna never called us back to give us the estimate or timeframe on when anything could be done. Very disappointed with the lack of follow up in a situation where there is extreme heat going on and an AC is dead.

So if you want to spend a lot of $$$$ go to Hanna.. plus they say they work on fireplaces but both techs that came out were really not in tune with our product. Bottom line to replace a gas valve in our gas fireplace it cost us $628 . Plus they told us that we should have the glass doors shut when using , and since 1994 my wife and I , when using have had them open, and we are still alive!!! Maybe they should stick to P_TRAPS instead of fireplaces... Plus my bad for not keeping track of ( actual time ) spent by second tech that came out to install the valve, but we got charged for 2 hours , and to be truthful most of the time it looked like he was buying time..

As I am submitting payment for my service call I decided I would share feedback. I called Hanna late Monday night to leave a message with the answering service for them to call first thing in the morning and they promptly did so just before 8am. I explained that my water heater they installed in 2012 was not igniting and had an electronic issue of some sort that was preventing ignition. They got a guy here very quickly. I was expecting a technician but quickly realized they had sent a plumber. In the first hour or so he flipped the on/off switch several times just as I had the night before but that still wasn’t fixing things! Finally he called the manufacturer who asked him to check things for voltage (I let him use my meter but he didn’t really know how to use one) and between the phone tech and him decided I needed a new ignition module. Long story shortened he had not mentioned to the tech that we had a power venter in line with this system and didn’t end up needing a new module. After installing new module and still no fire he called for backup and when all was said and done the thing was back up and running. Hanna billed me for four hours but credited two back to me (thank you for that) but the part I was not in agreement about was the ignition module I didn’t need that they charged me $342.00 for. I had priced it elsewhere and it was less than $200.00 so I called and said I understand that it’s been installed and I bought it but asked them to give me a break on the part since it wasn’t the problem anyway but they held firm on the price. Lesson learned, call Hanna if you need a new water heater installed but not if you need one fixed.

My furnace went out this morning. I called Hanna and they worked with my schedule, we're very prompt in arriving when they said, and their technician, Tucker, was very courteous, professional, efficient, and friendly. After observing Tucker and reading the responsiveness of the owners giving feedback to reviews, I conclude that this is a locally owned company that is very conscientious of the need to provide quality customer service. I highly recommend.

Not a fan! Go anywhere else unless you have time for games.
Service call to fix thermostat $120 on first visit and told the correct thermostat would be in by the end of the week (Understandable).
Thermostat replacement was $400 + labor. Was told of the model and upon searching the entire setup was $300. I try to support local so didn’t have an issue with the extra for the unit. What I received was not a $400 device. They provided me with the $100 thermostat and not the “smart” module. The installer the second time was different than the first. I was shocked to find the installer in my garage when I swung by the house. Claimed to be looking for the breaker box. ...which was in the basement, and was shown to the first installer. End of story was I have now invested (if you want to call it that) damn near $800 in a $100 thermostat.
