Booked an appointment at $98 per hour two days previous after they were 30 minutes late I called and asked them where there plumber was.
Sorry for the confusion you're appointment actually didn't make the books.
I took a vacation day for them to come out there response nothing they can do accept re-book my appointment for 2 days later.
There response was sorry its my fault but there is nothing we can do.
I understand there are dropped balls but you own them and do everything in your power to fix the issues just not say your sorry.
Sorry don't fix my water heater.
Called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they said they could be here in an hour.

Kirk came to check through the gas system on a home that I am remodeling , which another plumber was unable to complete due to a death in the family. He was courteous, fast, thorough and really complimentary of the last plumber (which I hardly ever hear from a sub-contractor about another contractor.) This was a great experience, they did exactly what I needed and when I needed it done.

I spent about $250,000 on a commercial job with this company. They were rude, unresponsive and did not fix problems while the work was still under warranty. Very disappointed, once you pay them, good luck!

Tech rolled water heater over my wife's filing cabinet, was heavy, I can't blame him, otherwise he did a great job. Didn't have right size but manage to find one and install it in couple of hours, I would recommend the company.

They were about to come out the same day, got everything done in 3 hours as opposed to the 5+ of the other competitors. He was very polite, clean, and professional.
