Summary: I do not trust this company to be honest about the time required to complete a job.

The capacitor on my AC motor failed on Friday night. All of the companies in town who sold the part were closed for the weekend so I called Hanna to have a technician come install a new capacitor. This is an extremely simple job that takes 10 minutes. I called their technician and explained exactly what I needed fixed. The technician quoted me an hour for labor (not including travel time). I ordered the part off of Amazon, had it delivered the next day, and installed it in 10 minutes by myself.

I used Hanna for all my projects for years. The quality of the work has gone down hill. The estimate costs are different from the final bill. The cost for service is out of line. They were my go to company for years. Not any more.

I am always comfortable calling Hanna. Their office staff is kind and professional and their techs are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I call them every time!

What a difference a new furnace and air conditioner makes! Moved into a new house last year purchased on a short sale. Wonderful service and done in exactly the time they said it would take. Throughout the winter, didn't have to adjust the temperature one single time in the house and our 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2800 square feet home had a $41 heating bill at the highest. Can't wait for summer! Service was excellent. Had complete trust and was not interested in doing it on the cheap...so worth every penny. Did we pay more than we could have? Sure...but I'd rather pay once and have it done by people who know their stuff...than twice by the "dude with his own truck" who skimps on cheap materials and low cost no-name products. You get what you pay for.

My central air unit was not working, I was able to get an appointment same day, Troy the service tech, found the problem immediately and I was back in service. Would definitely recommend Hanna.

We had hanna plumbing come out to fix two leaks at the house. They were on time and professional. One of the leaks was a little more difficult to fix than we first thought so it was a little more expensive than I hoped, but they communicated well about it and let me know what was going on so I could undertand. I'm happy with the service and glad I didn't try to fix it myself.

this company is awesome!!! one company came out to look at our heater and just glancing at it they said we needed to replace 5,000$ we called hanna to come do a cleaning for us it was done in record time with a smile on the face. there was some switch that was tripped on our heater 100.00 all said and done. great customer service as well!! will recommend

I am writing this review in order to acknowledge the service I received by Josh and Adam on October 22nd, 2015. Not only did they take their time to test and diagnose my furnace problem, they were fun to talk with, answered my questions, showed me how things work and explained it to me. I never got a feeling like I should leave them alone, and as a curious homeowner, I appreciated them going out of their way to make sure I understood how my furnace works. They have used a secure garage code to enter my home twice, and I have never hesitated, I trust them. The office staff has been pleasant, responsive and they do a good job of communicating to the field, and vice-versa. If you have always wanted a personal relationship with a plumber of HVAC company, you should call Hanna Plumbing and Heating.

We will always use Hanna for our needs. They have always been professional and have been on time. Thank you for once again helping us.

I was reminded to write this review by virtue of the fact that I need a plumber agan and am not calling these guys, even though I can practically see their office from my house. Last time I had them out to fix a water heater problem, they had to make a trip across town to get parts, which they charged me for (i.e. charged me for the time as if the plumber was at my hosue). Then, when they discovered the part they replaced was not the cause of my problem, they made another trip across town for a different part and charged me for that trip, too. Since the wrong part was already installed, I had the option of paying him to remove the part and getting a refund for it, but the cost to have him remove it was almost the full value of the part. I simply can't afford what it costs to have Hanna Plumbing guess at how to fix things.
