This is a great company. Everytime I have called they always respond in a very positive and respective way. My water heater went out this morning and Kirk got someone out within an hour or so. I had a new water heater installed by 1 p.m. such a nice young man. Very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. He was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this company

DON'T USE THIS GUY. HE'S NOT RELIABLE.
Had him install a new water heater back in July of 2013. Was happy with the service and the price, so called him again to get a new furnace in December 2020. He came over and looked at it. He said he would get me an estimate, but then he never followed through. I called and left messages twice, but still no response. I saw him at Walmart a month after that and he ignored me. I really don't appreciate being blown off, especially when I'm a repeat customer. Furthermore, I had previously recommended him to a friend who owns an apartment complex. Wish I wouldn't have now.
So I repeat, DO NOT use this guy. He'll just blow you off and it will end up being a waste of your time.

Got a quote on Wed, had a new AC system installed on Friday.

Not only did they beat every other bid by 10%, but they did it a week faster than the other offers.
Came with a 10 yr parts, 2 year labor warranty, which beat the other places by giving me one additional year of labor warranty.

Couldn't be happier. Solid product, good install, and great price.

He was able to come out the SAME day I called, got my AC unit blowing cold air again, had the part he needed on him in his vehicle. In and out, very professional, and able to bill me, which was a godsend. HIGHLY recommend!

I had utilized them a little over a year ago and was happy with the service. However, now I am unable to get a call back or a message returned for new service that I am needing. Guess I'll be going elsewhere.

Kirk (Owner) has been excellent to work with. Communication is great, not pushy, honest, and his pricing is fair. You don't want the cheapest installation quote because "You get what you pay for," AND that is 100% true with Kirk. I'm really happy with Kirk & his team. Small company that truly does care. Yes they're in business to make a living but they're not greedy or high pressure. Everything Kirk told me for sizing and system build / design was spot-on!! Too many guy's in this business over sizing equipment = $$ wasted for the customer paying the bill for more equipment than what you truly need / un-necessary upgrades.

I come home from a basketball game at 8:30pm and notice the furnace isn't working. I call reece heating and cooling and leave a voicemail. They call back within the next five minutes and say they will send a technician out to take a look at it. They come on a Saturday night and help us. Thanks for the help!! Amazing service.

I am a property owner here is CR and have used Reece Heating and Cooling for several years now. They are very good at scheduling to my needs and prompt with their appointments. Repairs are complete and are priced competitively. Great work!

Want to say THANK YOU on your excellent service! Called your emergency # 2 hrs before you were open. A real person answered, was kind and helpful as I was worried about cost. Maybe your employee lived close as he showed up early! Thank you so much!! Not being at work is also $$. You guys ROCK!
